The staff acts like you are bothering them when you are paying for your meal. They use headsets so they can't hear what you want on your sub. This use to be a decent place to eat.

Tried to eat in on Friday night at 6pm. The cashier would not say anything to us for 5 minutes with no one else in the store. Finally they took our order and was told that the dining room was closed. The cashier would not tell me why but would only repeat that the dining room was closed. This was the worst service I have ever received at a sub station and I eat at area locations once a week.

Stop by for quick bite on the way to a ball game stop was slow, very nasty place, needs to have a deep clean. I would highly suggest the owner cleaning vents over top of food that has mold pores dust everywhere tables need to be cleaned meat slicer was full of meat from previous sandwiches being made. Until this place is cleaned up I would highly suggest seeking somewhere else to eat. As a business owner myself that saddens me to see a restaurant in this condition!

I understand customer service is hard. But today there was the older female that was just flipping amazing. She felt the need to take the deepest breath and blurt out "oh this a Monday." To a point where I felt very uncomfortable as if i was inconveniencing her by not getting my sub the normal way. If i hadnt paid for it already I wouldve walked out. I've never visited Knox location.i usually use garners 2 stores. An older black female cashier felt it important to complete a conversation with the younger male about an ex boyfriend that won't leave her alone..MID ORDER. So I stop thinking she would stop talking no. I completed my order after her convo. I get my sub the same way no matter the restaurant. I requested my meat, cheese, and onions be microwaved. The amount of attitude from her was crazy. I'm pretty sure she was having a bad day because there is no way she can be this rude normally. But I'll never return to this location again. The while environment is ghetto with conversations that have no business being had on the clock. I'm sure 6 guys have audio recording take look at 09/09/24 at 11:39am.

These guys have perfected what a sub sandwich is. I don't know what they use or what they do but they are my top choice over Jersey Mike's, Subway, Blimpie, etc. I can't speak for all Substation 2's, but the one on Knox Avenue Drive is banging.

They can really use a remodeling job on the inside but I tell you what their service and their food is slamming good so it really makes up for it. And the prices ain't really that bad!

This place is nasty and the workers are loud and obnoxious. This place needs to be cleaned(deep cleaning).. the trash bin stays with food around it, dusty, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned out for a while. Whomever is the franchise owner of this, please clean clean clean!
