I love coming to Sub Station ll. The food is always fresh and tasty! The service is fast and great! They always have enough workers to get you in and out. The only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because the manager needs to go back through customer service training. He stand there and watch them fix the others and don’t even acknowledge the guest when they get to the register to check out. He is like this every time I come into this establishment. Koudos to the young workers doing a ? great job. I hope the manager find some humor if he’s going to be at the register checking out the customers.Thank You

The two young black guys (I’m black myself) have no customer service whatsoever. Two customers before me said thank u and neither one of them acknowledge them. Then I asked a question and the one with his his hood on got smart with me. Y’all will start losing business if y’all keep them two in there at night. I know for a fact I’m not the only customer that feels this way either. RIP the owner bc he wouldn’t have ever allowed them to work there!!!

The manager email that is listed in the store response comments is invalid, you won't be able to send an email. I attempted calling, no answer. I love Sub Station, this is the worst one I've ever been to. The restaurant was dirty. The girl at the counter behavior toward everyone in her line was disgusting. The girl tried cutting mushy old tomatoes for our food. I had to tell the girl that the tomato wasn't fresh, she could clearly see it for herself but still would have served it had I not spoke up. They were out of several ingredients. Id never return for this horrible customer service.

Just showed up. 8:55. Doors locked. Employee inside shook their head no. Why state hours until 9pm if your going to close 5 minutes early?

Tried for lunch . Customer service was bad the place was dirty and a dollar cheaper than subway. If I could call for a health inspection I would. The place is small looks bigger outside. I’ll just go somewhere else for the price. Should of took pics but giving them benifit of doubt it was a bad day but the employees attitude sucked.I have emailed the store as requested.

If I could give this location a zero on service I would. Absolutely horrid customer service. Every time I go in there the employees have the worst attitudes. At best they will do the bare minimum. The Lexington location has never been so rude when I've asked for them to put chopped pickles on my sub. And why are they always on their phones??? If you have to keep saying "huh" to the customer then perhaps take your air pods out!

Sub Station ll USED to be our weekend thing. The price has increased, the amount of food has decreased, and customer service on 7/28/23 was none existence. What happened? I understand price increase, but at least give the same amount of food. Customer service is still important. I wish the people who were working that evening would actually like to be around people or at least pretend when customers walk in. Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's are definitely winning at this point. I hope the atmosphere changes in the near future.
