Picture this: a lonely drive thru on a quiet night. No cars behind me. No pressure. Just me and destiny.

I gently ask the employee for a minute, just one sacred minute, to gather myself and decide which combination of cheese and regret I’d like to consume. Apparently that translated to: “Please harass me every 15 seconds until I panic-order a burrito.”
Because out of nowhere the employee hits me with the most impatient, dead inside “Are you ready?” Like sir… do you see any cars behind me? Is the imaginary line stressing you out? This happened THREE TIMES.
I’ve never felt so bullied by a fast-food speaker.

Service energy: hostile TSA agent.
Food energy: Michelin-star drunk cuisine.

Because here’s the worst part; after all the chaos, the food SLAPPED.
I drove away furious and satisfied, which is honestly a wild emotional combo for a Thursday night.

Summary: Employee had the bedside manner of a DMV clerk in a heatwave, but the tacos were so good I hate myself for liking them. Will I be back? Yeah. I’m weak.

Sometimes only Taco Bell will satisfy that late night craving. But the worker in this night have me the wrong drink and when I told him he ROLLED his eyes and acted like it was my fault. When I got home they're were NO sauce packs in the bag. Oh well. I'll check next time.

Today when I went there to buy a black bean supreme and I am vegetarian and after I take my order I come home and when I start eating my thing 7 to 8 bite I realise it’s not beans so I wash it and I see it’s not beans it’s beef and then I called them and I told everything but they literally don’t care at all they be like now come and buy another one so because of that I have to drive 7 miles and when I say no, I can’t they be like so we don’t care a all what the mistake they did now they just laugh and cut the call on my face like it’s nothing happen. They are so arrogant and careless.

Bad attitudes, Food is always cold, even if I order it through the drive-through then when he asked for extra Mild sauce, they throw it at you and if you get something wrong, change the staff and management!! This is not conducive of what Cayce represents

I ordered a delivery from Knox Abbott to uncle festers location which is literally 4 minutes away from each other….i ordered at 11:30pm my order still wasn’t ready until i finally had to pick it up myself at 2:15am….how am I waiting almost 3 hours for a delivery order….and how do I end my picking up my own order???? doordash and Taco Bell are a hot mess…but bigger is Taco Bell since they have everyone waiting hours for a simple order….embarrassing…super unprofessional shoutout to the rude worker for catching an attitude when I asked if I can get my cup for my order that they never even gave me in the first…then proceeds to say that the delay has nothing to do with her….it has to do with ALL OF YOU….Management apparently sucks as well since they can’t hire proper people to work there….do better….u chose to work here so do your job or don’t work there at all…PERIOD

Touch screens filthy, restaurant not clean, was scared to order but wanted food otw to work. Got to work and found food was cold and not prepared adequately. I would have done 'tellthebell' but couldn't find a store number online or receipt with the meal. Will not be returning! 15 minutes after eating and I'm ready to throw it back up!

Hey college kids, don't come here before midnight unless you work for Doordash or ordered online, and you won't find that out unless you've been sitting in an escapable line for 30 minutes thanks to the City of Cayce designing an inescapable drive-thru. This entire franchise has gone to hell with their price increase and imaginary times of making things.

Hey Taco Bell, pay your employees a decent wage and maybe they'll care again!

How is a fast food place gonna have a drive thru line so long you cannot even enter the parking lot? This happens countless times and I honestly do not know why I ever came back. They either have horrible staffing or just simply cannot understand how to operate a restaurant.
