How is a fast food place gonna have a drive thru line so long you cannot even enter the parking lot? This happens countless times and I honestly do not know why I ever came back. They either have horrible staffing or just simply cannot understand how to operate a restaurant.

If you want to eat quickly, don't come to this place. If you want to be mistreated by employees, this is the right place. They keep your order ready in front of you and don't deliver it to you simply because they don't want to. What a terrible example of how to run a business.

I wouldn't say this is a great Taco Bell location, but it is significantly better than other nearby Taco Bell locations. We drive a little further from home to go to this one rather than the one in West Columbia.

I’d spend more quality time watching paint dry, or finishing starring in a Netflix movie on a Friday night, than get sucked into this one lane drive-thru for an hour 18 minutes. My truck literally broke down around the order kiosk. My mechanic came and replaced my water pump, as well as my radiator hoses, and I still had six cars in front of me at the drive-through window, 3 1/2 hours later. Oh yeah, and my order was wrong. And cold

This employee was incredibly rude to every customer that was in the store. We came into the store to order and we were rudely told that we had to go through the drive thru and do a mobile order. We placed online orders and went through the drive thru and then were told we had to come inside. We waited inside for almost 30 minutes with an attitude from this employee the entire time. He was rolling his eyes and shaking his head and every single one of the girls in my friend group which was completely disrespectful. He pretended to take our online orders again that already came out of our bank accounts and our food was never made. Horrible experience at this Taco Bell and management needs to take this into consideration.

I pulled up at 9:30 this morning and the lady that waited on me told me they didn’t sell breakfast which I knew that and she clearly asked me what I wanted in a very rude way like it was a limited menu so I will not be returning into this location
