Tea Pot Chinese Restaurant

I just ordered Teapot and the customer service was above and beyond. I'm a vegetarian and my girlfriend as well and the tofu was outstanding. Couldn't be more pleased with the meal.

DONT EAT HERE THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND WHEN YOU CALL IN AND ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THE NASTY FOOD THEY PLAY LIKE THEY ARE SLOW AND CANT COMPREHEND BUT HAD PLENTY OF
KNOWLEDGE WHEN I WAS ORDERING TO SPEND MY MONEY ! -10/10 SAVE YOUR MONEY FR. THEN THE OWNER HAS A SMART MOUTH I WISH I COULD POST THE CONVERSATION HERE SO TOU GUYS CAN HEAR HIS SMART MOUTH!

Great atmosphere for an intimate dinner. Loved all of the plants and the music! Food was great too.

Very good experience from the gentleman taking the order to the delivery! The portions are HUGE! House Egg Fu Yung was loaded.
I ordered an extra egg roll and it did not come with the original delivery but they made it right by delivering it!

Placed an order and was told it would be r twenty minutes. After thirty minutes I was told it would be another twenty minutes. Twenty minutes later they still did not have it ready. I canceled the order and was provided a voided receipt as proof. But the company never canceled the transaction. When I called to ask about it they were complete jerks. They still have my money. I reported them to the credit card company.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I called in an order for delivery and ordered the lunch special with sesame chicken and shrimp fried rice, a few other things as well. I explained clearly to the person over the phone taking my order what I wanted as so he repeated to me over the phone. I receive my food and open it up and see that there is no sesame chicken and only shrimp fried rice, so I called the restaurant trying to get a refund or trying to exchange it. The same man answers the phone and proceeds to call me a liar when I said I order the sesame chicken and says they don’t deliver to over 12 miles but on their website they claim they deliver to my address, the man also said they don’t have time to come and fix my order that they messed up in the first place.
Therefore don’t order from here at all, waste of my money and time‼️.

Just came in to pick up a delivery. A cook came out of the bathroom, dipped his hand in a cold bucket of water without using soap, then went to the kitchen to make my order. I should just leave, right?

The food was abundant and delicious. My friend and I had a quiet meal. Our server made terrific suggestions for the crispy duck and Saigon noodles was spot on.

Ordered delivery somewhat close to closing. Got my food in an efficient manner. A bit pricy for Chinese food. I ordered lo mein, and it was good. I’ve had better though.

Came here after a 12hr shift from the hospital and it did not disappoint. Pleasantly surprised by the portion, good people and food.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service! If I can give it zero reviews, I would! I literally called them an hour before they close and I asked them if I had enough time to put in order for delivery. They told me yes and it would be about 45 minutes. I spent over $50 ‼️by card 45 minutes later, my husband called the restaurant because we have not received our food. Mind you, we ordered from them hours earlier, and they mistakenly went to another house. However, the driver did his due diligence and called us and we directed him to our house. So for our second time in the same day! To order food from them again obviously we like the quality of the food, however, this go around they delivered it to the same incorrect house again. And this time the people took our food‼️‼️. We never received the call saying that they would be late so we called back a second time and asked where food was. The woman screamed in my husband‘s face and said we close and there’s nothing we can do about it. We can work on the reimbursement at another time. her attitude was completely disgusting ‼️Now my husband and I and my children went without food because they did an incorrect delivery. And did nothing to fix the situation . I hope to get our money back tomorrow. I will never order from this establishment again. ‼️‼️‼️ shame on the people next-door to me who knew that they did not order food and took it anyway. This is piss poor behavior.
