My wife and I ordered from here last weekend, and due to some apparent miscommunication, her pasta and my sub both ended up coming out wrong, and my wife left a message about it.
The next day, the owner Steve called her and immediately offered to remake our order free of charge next time we came in, and everything came out perfectly.

Spaghetti is better than most places- only it seems like no one ever drains pasta. I don't care for watery sauce in bottom of dish. Garlic bread, not so great. Greek salad is tasty with Greek dressing, though of course it's extra if you want enough for the salad, which could also use cutting up more. I pay for the food to be prepared, not to prepare it myself. More feta please!
