To be fair, I have never liked Walmart and the reason is the corporate environment that comes from the top. I know al stories focus on making money but some bottom of the barrel money making techniques are too tough for me. Starting with cashiers, they are not allowed to sit while checking or even lean... they have to stand for the whole shifts. It can takes 10x longer to wait in line to check out than shopping tIme because Walmart does not value their customers time or comfort. How about finding someone to help you locate an item in the store...it is like being alone in the dessert. Again Walmart does not value customers so no real time customers service to assist with shopping. Parking lots are extremely crowded and dangerous. I was in line behind a pregnant women and she had 3 other small children with her in line. I could just imagine about 20 horrible and likely situations waiting for her in that lot. I asked the cashier to call a manager to get someone to help this lady and children to the car. Well of course not. So I Asked the. MOther to please wait a socond, I found a manager and asked. Answer was NO. I pulled out my card and handed it to Mom in front of manager and told Mom that if anything happens to call me and I would help her get a great Lawyer Because I brought the dangers up to Walmart and they refused to help so Walmart would be in the wrong. Guess what, they did have 2 young men to help her. Anyway I could write a book. I dislike Walmart so much that I was making burp clothes for a baby shower and needed cloth diapers and Walmart was the place I was sure to find the diapers. When I got home my phone was ringing , It was my bank. The bank thought my card was stolen because I had never spent money in Walmart.

I don't hate going here. Let me get that straight. It's a Walmart and for the most part they have a good selection. Unfortunately it seems like sanitization isn't kept up with. The floors usually have trash and aren't cleaned on a regular basis. Grocery belts at cash registers aren't wiped down. Lastly the produce bins aren't given good attention. The employees are nice. I feel as though when anyone walks into a store they would want it to be clean for the most part. Of course there are things that happen like dropped food. But it seems like the importance of sanitization isn't taken seriously here. There also seems to be people who sell there own food outside of this Walmart as well. I'm not sure if that's against any policy but it just seemed out of place. I'm not angry with my experience. I just thought I would share it for any management that may look at this page. I'll update my review with a few more visits in the future!

I am highly disappointed in how this store has gone downhill. I ordered grocery pickup which must be paid in advance and will take 3-5 to release a hold if the order is canceled. i get there well before my scheduled pickup. Don't bother anyone til 10am. Then the woman tells me that the order is delayed and to wait for an email. I am very disappointed in what little regard they have for the time of their customers. It's 11:25 and my window was 10am-11:00am. And the order screen still says delayed. And I can't seem to get to anyone to cancel order. If you want you order on time, order through instacart FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Maybe I should expect store quality to vary a lot when it's a neighborhood store. But gosh. Nothing on the shelves. Dirty store. This was a serious disappointment and all we really wanted were eggs and bread.

Lost $2000 and my car due to clerk error. Called and asked if they did Money Grams. Yes, drove there quickly, needed same day service. Right off the bat, there were issues. Associate and person before me were chatting it up. I told her I needed a Money Gram, she gave me an application that had Money Gram on it but she told me to check another box. I questioned this and she said, I am sorry, you did not need to fill this out and proceeded to ring me up. After getting the information to pay the bill, she finished the transaction. I asked her where the code was on the receipt. I thought all was well until I called the finance company and they said the transaction was rung up wrong, to go back to WM and get it done right. I did, the Finance Office was closed until the next AM. Now the finance company will not even talk to me.

This store is not friendly whatsoever, they assume every customer is stealing and will literally follow you around the store or stand over your shoulder to count the items in your cart. But what sets this Walmart is tonight a group of men literally followed me around the store and while trying to get away an employee who was stocking on the isle where I was kicked several boxes in the floor looked at me then looked at them then proceeded to stock. Forcing me to basically turn my cart around and go the way the men were . They only leave 1 self checkout open as lines wrap around the isles. See if I shop here again!!

I don't know what's happened since the 2018 reviews but this store needs serious management adjustments. Any issues with any store, be it grocery, clothing, restaurant... it all comes down to management. That's who should be ultimately responsible. From the minute i stepped inside the doors to get a buggy and was overwhelmed by the smell of feces through the 20 minute wait to check out it was unacceptable. The store was dirty, smelled, needed restocking and was just overall BAD. I wouldn't even want to call ahead for Pick-Up knowing what the inside of the store looks like. I will pay extra somewhere else.

The store is pretty clean, and I find the staff to be very friendly. Much better than your average superstore Wal-marts. There are some issues though. It's smaller so they don't carry quite as much stuff, which can be good and bad, haha at least I don't go in for lettuce and walk out with a new set of tires. My two biggest issues are that they really want you to use self-checkout. I hate it, first of all nothing seems to ring up right, and second, I want to speak to my cashier, I like a little banter, and I like not bagging my own groceries too. One thing they really need to work on is pricing, I cannot tell you how many times something rings up wrong, and I'm told there's nothing they can do. Other stores usually give you the price listed, not this store, they say, oh it's the vendors fault, or they don't have the authority. This really makes me wanna just stick to Walgreen's.

I've come to this Walmart plenty of times and have never been disappointed. This Walmart is very close by my job so it is convenient for me to be able to take my break and go here. In the winter, it's cold enough to keep my things in my car cold till I get home. The concept of Neighborhood Walmart's are amazing! I like the fact that it is not like regular stores and has all extra stuff in it. In this store, we can come in and just grab your food items and go home. As like regular Walmart, there are not many registers open here but most of the self checkouts are. Love this store!!

I was very impressed with this location. I normally go to a superstore Walmart, but I like this neighborhood market better. This location didn't feel like a regular Walmart. They had a lot more of their marketside pre-made foods. For example they had mac and cheese, fresh pizzas, wraps, etc. I love those options because they are easy and great when you only have yourself to feed. They also had fresh fish options, which can be hard to find in Walmarts. This store reminded me of a Kroger. It was not super busy and the lines weren't super long, like you would see at a superstore Walmart, but the prices are still super cheap! I will continue to do my grocery shopping here.

I called to ask if someone was available to check to see if an item was in stock. The response I received was, "This is a grocery store!" Okay...I didnt ask what kind of business it was. I responded with, "yes, can you check if an item is in stock?" The lady asked, "what it is?" I said I was looking for the new Dunkin Donuts bottled Iced vanilla coffees. She said they did have them up front in the coolers. I drove across town to get them. Just kidding. They dont carry them. But they do have Starbucks iced coffees, if youre interested. The employees all look tired and unpleasant. Needless to say I wont be returning.

So, this was a pretty nice place when it first opened. Lots of friendly people to make you feel welcome....and "thanks for supporting our new location"...I gave it a two star because it is still new and clean. Anyway, I have been back a few times, didn't take long for it to go down hill. My biggest complaint is the prices are not the same at checkout as they are on the shelf. I went back and checked 5 items after checking out. Who is in charge of programming the computers over there? It isn't worth my time to wait for the nonexistent customer service to make it right. I will fix it by not shopping there. It's not like you are the only store in town. Buyer beware! Check your receipt before leaving.

I absolutely LOVED this store when it first opened. Small physical layout, good selection, well stocked, great prices, helpful staff everywhere! Several weeks later, I have quit wasting my time going in to look for pet supplies that are still not restocked a week later, despite reassurances that "trucks come every day"...when you can find a customer service rep in a now unmanned station. Six return trips later, I finally gave up. This is, after all, just a small WalMart.

Well it's no Publix, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's, but it will do. The selection is much better than the other Cayce grocery stores, and the prices are much better. The dog food we buy is $4 cheaper, almonds, $2 cheaper, and organic milk is as cheap as the other stuff. Typical Walmart, not enough lanes open.
