I had to return 3 times for one Jr cheeseburger to be correctly made. What's so difficult? A cheeseburger with light ketchup, onions & extra pickles

I love Wendy’s but my goodness every one I go to now they’re either out of something, low staffing which isn’t that bad, the tea isn’t sweet or either they get my order wrong I’m like somebody needs to figure something out cuz this is insane. Wendy’s used to be the bomb it done went down hill now smh. Get yall act together fr.

Food is always good but today at approximately 10pm i was ordering food and asked for a JBC meal deal. After i heard the price i knew my order was wrong and tried to inform the lady taking my order. But instead she caught an attitude and said something along the lines of “LIKE I SAID, that is your order, the price doesnt show on the screen” i get to the window and i ask her what my order brings and she says nuggets. I then tell her that what she gave me was a Biggie bag and not a JBC meal deal. If workers are going to catch an attitude, atLEAST know your menu. Ill just go to another wendys

Worst Wendy's in Columbia. October the fourth rude workers rude manager on duty around noon they goof off and laugh and I feel like I was racially treated wrong because they laughed at me because I had got the wrong order online cannot get a hold of managing headman or at the owner so I would like to speak with a district manager

I came for breakfast but I wouldnt be able to tell you how the food was bc I didn't get to get any. I was in a larger truck that cant go through the drive through so I tried to go in the dining room to order. The door was locked and 2 employees just sat there staring at me and then eventually walked off with no communication at all just stared at me like i was dumb. How are truckers suppose to get breakfast if fast food employees are so lazy that they cant open the door to serve a customer.

good not great
French fries were a tiny bit warm with some fries tasting like they had been under the warmer too long. The JBC burgers were cold with some lettuce that was going bad and soft. Called the restaurant to let them know and the GM manager was kind enough to let us know to come back so she could replace the order. She replaced the order and the fries were hot but the sandwiches were stll not hot with some bad lettuce on them again. She tried but whomever was making the burgers this afternoon obviously did not want to be there 😭. Ate part of one burger apiece and then we had to throw them away ...did not taste good, cold, and had some bad lettuce and tomatoes. Will try again since the manager was polite.
