French fries were a tiny bit warm with some fries tasting like they had been under the warmer too long. The JBC burgers were cold with some lettuce that was going bad and soft. Called the restaurant to let them know and the GM manager was kind enough to let us know to come back so she could replace the order. She replaced the order and the fries were hot but the sandwiches were stll not hot with some bad lettuce on them again. She tried but whomever was making the burgers this afternoon obviously did not want to be there š. Ate part of one burger apiece and then we had to throw them away ...did not taste good, cold, and had some bad lettuce and tomatoes. Will try again since the manager was polite.

I would like to take the time to recognize the staff here at this Cayce location, the manager Ms.Reneeā,and her night staff Mandrell ,and Aniya for such superb performance this evening. I first had an issue , but they quickly apologized and made it right. I appreciate good service when I am spending money at any establishment. Please continue to do such a great job at what youāre doing, and it will not go unrecognized!

they always close down the frosty machines at like 8pm ā¦. why stay open so late if you canāt even offer a sweet treat. iām not even mad at the employees, i just really want a frosty at night sometimes

Each time we go there, they have a sign over the drive-thru order box stating they don't have lettuce for the sandwiches. It blocks the screen to verify your order. It's been up for the last two weeks. We ordered nuggets, fries, and 2 frosties. Every time we have to wait for our nuggets and are told to pull up. Today, one other person was waiting ahead and two other vehicles behind us. They all got their food before us. The food was good. But for it to be fast food, the preparedness needs some work. Overall, a great choice!

Google says they close at 1am but I've been there at 12am multiple times and they're either closed or only accepting mobile orders. Its like the workers dont want to work their posted hours

Places like this is exactly why I stopped eating fast food. I ordered a cheeseburger, large fry, and a sweet tea and got a small fry, baconator burger and a cup of tea that wasnāt filled to the top. The girl at the window barely said a word and had an attitude. I donāt get why people work at fast food places if they hate it so much dayum š”
