Places like this is exactly why I stopped eating fast food. I ordered a cheeseburger, large fry, and a sweet tea and got a small fry, baconator burger and a cup of tea that wasn’t filled to the top. The girl at the window barely said a word and had an attitude. I don’t get why people work at fast food places if they hate it so much dayum 😡

I asked for sauce with my nuggets on my mobile order then asked for additional sauce at the window. I was charged 25 cents and didn't even recieve the ORIGINAL 2 sauces I was supposed to have with my nuggets from the order. Cmon yall

How can this location be so slow?!?!? I placed a mobile order for 3 sandwiches and a drink but I'm then told to pull up to the door. The car behind me got their food and I've been waiting online for 15 mins . This location needs to get a better night manager and new crew because this is not the first time in the past month I've had to either wait a long time or have to wait and I mossing items

Crazy you ask for a burger with only cheese and bacon. You get this.. when I said I wanted the burger plain he replied “ the burger already made” like it’s too much to remake a burger.. and it’s soo insanely sloppy. Looks like they messed with my bun.. then still proceeded to give a burger with ketchup… I just don’t understand this Wendy’s. They deliberately choose to hire these lazy workers. Truly hope they step it up with their staffing they suck
I've been to this particular Wendy's location apx 6 times in the last 30 days and all 6 times they got my food order wrong, had to wait apx 15 minutes every single time to finally get my food and chaotic is the best way to describe the atmosphere. Highly disappointed. Happened all 6 times I went to this particular location.... needless to say I will never return.

Drive through continues to to be silent while they are cleaning just to not have customers. Absolutely no one was in line. I sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes. Called out to them 3 times. Next person comes up and they get their order taken immediately. Makes no sense if you close at 1 you stop taking orders for an entire hour to pick and choose who you would like to help. I worked at Wendy’s for 3 year I would be fired if I had done this. You’re paying lazy workers. Hire people that actually care about their positions. If I take orders no matter what those orders will be taken. Just loosing business off of the backs of lazy people. Management gotta do better

The service was very poor. I was sitting in the middle order spot for 15mins after I ordered @7:30pm I’m just now getting my food @8:02 . Also was trying make me pull back into the mobile spot. Also just put my fries in the bottom of the bag.
