Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Everything was great, except for London Audrea. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. I visited around 9:30pm and was helped by an employee who seemed disinterested and unprofessional. London didn’t greet me, rushed my order, and didn’t get it right — I had to go back to the counter to ask for missing items. I understand fast food can be stressful, but customer service still matters. I hope management takes time to coach LONDON AUDREA on being more attentive and courteous. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Once again the pure incompetence of a few employees made this experience a head scratcher. First I gave the cashier $20.44 as my total was $14.44, she gives me back $5.90. Lol.. Why I give her $20.35? I wasn’t going to argue over that…get the order, the employee asked what my order was. I tell him, and he asked if it was Peach Tea, I said yes…head home with the order, the Peach Tea literally tasted like unsweetened watered down Peach Tea, also don’t know why they skipped adding ice to the beverage. I honestly thought after the rebuild, and new staff this location would improve, but I was wrong. This is the 4th time I wasted time and money patronizing an establishment, that doesn’t care about quality customer service. You have lost our business for good.

Words cannot express how deeply unsatisfied my experience was. I ordered online and asked for extra seasoning on my fries, they came disgustingly unseasoned and dank; I asked for extra cucumbers on my salad, we go no extra cucumbers; I ordered extra sauces, and there wasn’t one sauce in the bag; I asked for cherry Fanta, and there was no syrup in the drink; not to mention, wasn’t this place complete renovated not 3 months ago? Whatta waste of money. All that remodeling for what? If I was looking for disappointment I would have just gone to platinum west on a Tuesday afternoon.

Got Zaxby’s from Knox Abbott today and these are the sorry excuse for chicken fingers that I got these are supposed to be five fingers absolutely terrible. Hardly any ice in the drink I’m done with zaxbys how quickly they have fallen

They always forget to add my extra toast i ordered. They charge extra for toast but never give it out. has happened more than 3 times and it’s problem because if i am paying extra i should receive it.

Good...but chicken is not as tender as Chick-fil-a
Spicy/seasoned fries were nice.
Skip the sweet tea...not great

Truly shocking how fast you guys went downhill. Second time this month order has been wrong, all workers involved were rude and unhelpful. The foods fine I guess but it’s not what I ordered so kind of a moot point. Already drove home. Not going back. For this or any other order just go to any other store it’s all the same mid chicken

We had generally good experiences here. The new building is a great improvement to this location.

This location has been rebuilt and reopened. The food was great with fast and friendly service.

Their food is Awesome. They seem to be faster at doing orders. They have two drive thru like chick felei.
