I watched my bag of food sit on the counter idly in the drive through while 3 people stood there talking and haven’t opened the drive through window for 5 whole minutes.
I ordered ahead on the app about 15 minutes in advance and had to wait.

Place order for dinner wings and things got the wrong order live to far to go back. Front cashier need better customer service skills.

So, do we pay for ALL sauces now? Ordered 3 extra with my 2 meals. Got only 3. Even though I paid the .75c. When this happens multiple times a day with multiple customers, Zaxby's is literally stealing money by not giving out what is paid for. Oh, and they got the drink wrong. Fast food sucks.

I normally visit the Zaxby’s in Lexington, but I have visited the one in Cayce several times. Dined in today and what a cute atmosphere, a little country and very nice restaurant. The service was great, and the food was delicious. I love the way you season your fries compared to other Zaxby’s. However, although I ordered a children’s grilled cheese sandwich meal, the french fries are very lacking in quantity. I assure you the other Zaxby’s give you a good serving unlike this restaurant. Perhaps a visit to the Lexington Zaxby’s is needed so you can see how to do it! I wish I had taken a picture.

Everything was great, except for London Audrea. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. I visited around 9:30pm and was helped by an employee who seemed disinterested and unprofessional. London didn’t greet me, rushed my order, and didn’t get it right — I had to go back to the counter to ask for missing items. I understand fast food can be stressful, but customer service still matters. I hope management takes time to coach LONDON AUDREA on being more attentive and courteous. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Once again the pure incompetence of a few employees made this experience a head scratcher. First I gave the cashier $20.44 as my total was $14.44, she gives me back $5.90. Lol.. Why I give her $20.35? I wasn’t going to argue over that…get the order, the employee asked what my order was. I tell him, and he asked if it was Peach Tea, I said yes…head home with the order, the Peach Tea literally tasted like unsweetened watered down Peach Tea, also don’t know why they skipped adding ice to the beverage. I honestly thought after the rebuild, and new staff this location would improve, but I was wrong. This is the 4th time I wasted time and money patronizing an establishment, that doesn’t care about quality customer service. You have lost our business for good.
