Other then the bathroom being dirty and the staff being rude the good was ok-not like out Zaxby’s in Conover that’s for sure!

Just finished eating here. I only ordered a side of fries. That's it. The plate they were in was covered in barbecue sauce. I couldn't eat half of them. The service took forever. They had fries but we're waiting on chicken tenders for other orders and wouldn't give me my fries till other people had their chicken. As for the atmosphere, it was hot (no AC and it's 97 outside) The tables were dirty, their drink machine had 4 or 5 broken drinks. Honestly, typical Zaxby's experience. I don't know why I expected a decent meal.

Lisa, on the front counter, has always been kind, professional, and friendly!
She has served the entire wrestling team after school and tournaments!
Today, Lisa and Niya on the register made sure my food was right, served me with a smile, and reminded me why I have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years!

I wouldn't be coming back. How you make two orders wrong then act like I'm the problem for coming back and complaining about what I PAID FOR?! The negativity and attitude from management is very unprofessional.The male, black bald head manager didn't acknowledge the fact that the order was not make correctly and was very nonchalant about correct their mistake. Being the manager of a fast food restaurant that incompletes orders is your decision, not mine.
