Even with staffing challenges today, service was top notch! Our order came out very quickly and was delicious as always! Will definitely be back!!

Walked out before ordering because the establishment was just dirty! We were sat at a table with food all over the floor and eggs stuck to the side of the table. Moved tables and then realized that the menus had food stuck to it to. I told the staff never mind because of the lack of hygiene and they responded in the most sarcastic voice “OK merry Christmas.” Take your service elsewhere because I would not pay a dirty establishment who have children with attitudes as staff.

The grits are the best I’ve ever had, EXCEPT for the fact that they have not been hot! Twice. Once the eggs were not hot either. Not sure why, because it would have been delicious if the food was hot. Otherwise, it’s a great place.

Quaint spot to grab a divine bite to eat! Try the apple cider mimosas! Had a mushroom smash burger and the bacon on it was AMAZEBALLS! Fries were cooked to crispy brown perfection as well! Service was great, friendly and engaging. It was spotless as well! Definitely think y'all should try this place!

The food and atmosphere was amazing. We waited 5+ minutes for water, waited another 15 for someone to take a drink order- we ordered an app at same time- apps came out and were eaten before anyone came by again- when server realized no drinks had been delivered she went to get them. Food came out at great time however - drinks had been finished and still no one checking on us. Through out dinner we had one water refill and one drink refill after we were done eating. We waited 30 mins for someone to go find our server so we could get closed out and boxed up. Great food- could have had better experience considering the price point of the restaurant.

Food was good, service was OK, had to serve myself coffee and wonder were the fixings for it were. Took quite some time to get our food, about 45mins. And was $70 w/tip for 2 people

We had a fantastic experience at Chophouse of Chapin. Service was impeccable — attentive, efficient, and perfectly paced. Our meals came out quickly but not rushed. We celebrated a birthday, and the staff surprised us with a handwritten card signed by the team. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the night extra special. Delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and staff who truly care — highly recommend for both a night out and special occasions.

We had breakfast here as we passed through town on a trip. Food and service were great. Generous portions and of course, bacon. The coffee bar...well, there's a reason it's only $3 with free refills. The coffee lacked substance and while the idea is good, the execution could be better.

Good food, generous portions, nice staff. Coffee bar is a nice concept but not great in execution since the coffee itself is not good (too weak).

Can't cook over medium eggs. My egg yolks looked like they were boiled. There was so much grease on my plate from the hash I couldn't really eat it. The smell from the spa next door carries over and is overwhelming. Don't think we'll go back.

Chophouse of Chapin is our go-to place for anniversaries, special events and date night. We always have a good meal when we go and last night was no exception. I had a 14 ounce ribeye, and it was cooked exactly the way I asked. It was seasoned well and tender. I also had the brussel sprouts and they were fantastic as always. My husband had the stuffed chicken breast and he said it was great as well. We get the Japanese fried chicken usually and it was great as well. The service was excellent: prompt and friendly with accuracy. We will be there again for date night and potentially for our fifth wedding anniversary in April. A great experience will have you planning future trips! Thanks as always Chophouse of Chapin!❤️

Had a great experience here about six months ago and decided to return - a huge disappointment. The kitchen was dreadfullly slow, with nothing but apologies then rushed steak entrees that were not properly cooked and clearly rushed out. Nothing magical here - no need to return.
