I have not eaten at Bojangles in a long time, now I remember why. I ordered the three piece chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, biscuit and a soda. The chicken strips were small, hard and did not taste or look like chicken, I took two bites of one tender and threw the rest away. I paid over $10.00 for a soda, five bites of macaroni and cheese and a biscuit. On the way home I had to stop somewhere else and eat. I will never return.

6:10 AM and I walk in, only to be ignored. You know the people who walk in to your store are just as important as the people in the drive through.

We just left this location at 8:30pm October 9, 2025. The guy taking our order was extremely nice and accommodating, but the manager was very rude and nasty to him. They were also out of all of there drinks in the lobby and didn’t have any sides besides fries. The manager also dropped a basket of fries on the floor and served it. I hope the young man at the front finds a new job soon he’s too good for this place.

This property needs help, the bathrooms have not been cleaned this year, the tables were dirty in the lobby, sticky, the drink area was a mess, the tea dispensers had no lids on top, very unsanitary, tea running down the wall and sitting in the corner of the floor, looked like it had been there all day. The counter in the drink area had not been wiped down all day, we would not return to this location, ceiling tiles missing.

The food is good if you can get it. I go there often because it is convenient for work. There are generally three or four people around the drive thru and no one at the inside register. It's almost ALWAYS like that. I've had to walk over and ask if anyone is working the register. Then the person that is running the inside register has a line of people and is taking their orders, walking away and fixing the orders that he just took so the next person is still standing at the register waiting to order. That means the person that is handling your money is also handling your food. It's always like at the Loris SC location. I go to other locations also and it is not like that. I also go to the one in Aynor, SC. It's not a very pleasant situation for the customer. I wish they would serve customers better that that.

Stopped by Bojangles on Columbia Ave in Chapin feels like a field trip through a construction war zone.
Let’s get real: the Carolina Crossroads roadwork has turned a simple drive-thru into a logistical puzzle. Definitely plan extra time if you’re craving those biscuits. Better yet, roll to the next exit. It's Bo time somewhere else.
Once inside the food consistency is a gamble: my fries came out cold, biscuits burnt, and apparently, “we’re out of chicken” is something it's okay to say at the Chapin Bojangles. Add in tables that were about as clean as the toilets, i.e. not - and it’s clear this location has some rough edges.
Best tip? If you must, avoid going during peak school traffic and lunchtime rush. Better choice? Bo somewhere else.

Wont take orders within 40 minutes before closing because they’re “closing already”…. Dude, does anybody wanna work these days?

Worse bojangles ever, most of the workers don’t care and are rude. Also how does a chicken joint run out of chicken. The girl at the window will probably be the one that complains about a livable wage but does not possess the understanding of initiative or comprehension
