Food is usually good. Service is usually good. This time the food was still good but the woman running the drive thru with the braces was on her phone the whole time on a phone call with her back turned to the customers. The manager with the red hair and everyone else was working but this lady was just on her phone. When she handed me my food she pulled it back out of my hand because she wasn't paying attention when the manager told her something and was about to give me the wrong order. Then she said "That's all you had to say baby boo". Wuttt. Then she came out handed me my food the whole time with her phone in her hand but she had her air pods in. Was she face timing while giving customers their order?

I can’t take it any longer I’m tried of paying for under cooked chicken. I live in chapin and have been a customer for over 15 years.a serious conversation needs to be had in that kitchen on what they are on a do when they kill somebody. Cause that’s where it’s headed if these reviews are any indication. Buy a chicken biscuit from here at your own risk.

30 mins for an order and 30 mins to pick up. The kids were hungry and I once I told the guy, he stare at me like whatsup?!?!? Then he head back picking up the trash and wouldn't want to make the order. Worst service I have ever been to. Avoid this place if you don't have an hour to wait.

The team made the best of the situation. When we wanted to order our two-piece dinner, all they had was white meat, but they gave us the white meat deal for the dark meat price. Dark meat was still cooking and wasn't going to be ready for 25 minutes. But they treated us fine.

We went to Bojangles last night at 8:21 PM after my son’s high school football game, and we waited 21 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I went inside to find out what was taking so long because they told me to pull up, and I was greeted with Nasty miserable employees. It was clear that they did not want to work and we’re just walking around with attitude and I will never go there again. I’ll do my best to make sure that everyone knows how terrible this place is.

Parking: The road in front of this establishment is under construction, and tmred clay is on the entrance.
Don’t bother coming to the Chapin branch. They are always understaffed. Just today I waited 30 minutes and I kept asking how many more minutes they need. The lady at the drive-through just kept telling me to wait. I spent 30 minutes for nothing. And even if you do get your order, it will take some time before they can get it ready. I went inside and the people there told me it’s no different from being in the drive-through either. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time. If there is anything lower than a one star, that’s what I would have given this branch.

Store was dirty and service was extremely slow, but it made up for it because of their new Bo-Berry cookies. My sister ordered some and I tried a piece. All I can say is delicious!
