This time the food was still good but the woman running the drive thru with the braces was on her phone the whole time on a phone call with her back turned to the customers. The manager with the red hair and everyone else was working but this lady was just on her phone. When she handed me my food she pulled it back out of my hand because she wasn't paying attention when the manager told her something and was about to give me...

The team made the best of the situation. When we wanted to order our two-piece dinner, all they had was white meat, but they gave us the white meat deal for the dark meat price. Dark meat was still cooking and wasn't going to be ready for 25 minutes. But they treated us fine.

We don't have Bojangles in Arkansas- it's so disappointing- we love going to South Carolina so we can get their incredible chicken ❤️ we eat there every time we go visit our friends.
