The three-course meal was delicious, and Angela's service made the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, our son, Jaxton, was working that day, and we were able to take a quick picture with him, adding a personal touch to our visit. We highly recommend Chapin Chop House for a great dining experience..

We had a wonderful experience tonight. This was our first visit but it won't be our last! The food was amazing and the sevice was impeccable! We had the pleasure of having Steve as our server. His knowledge of the menu and specials was impressive. (I took his suggestion of the bacon Bleu crust steak accompaniment and am so glad I did!)Ah-mazing! He was attentive without hovering. I never had to "look" for him if we needed anything.From the hostesses, who were lovely and so friendly, to the bartender, who stopped by to make sure our drinks were to our liking, there was nothing I would change about our experience.Did I mention the food was amazing?!We are already planning our next dinner date to this wonderful establishment.Thank you for making my birthday dinner one I will remember!Kid-friendliness: Although this is not your typical "family-focused" restaurant we brought our 7 and 3 yr old to celebrate my birthday. Our server Steve, offered a kids-menu as he told us everything on it. He exchanged the beautiful water glasses with lidded Styrofoam at our request. While Steve was trying to tell us about their specials, my 7yr old autistic son was enthusiastically talking over him about his minecraft game. After calming him, I apologized but Steve waved and laughed it off like it was no big deal and slid right back into the specials. We were the only table with children. Parents, you know that vibe you get when you bring your kids to an upscale restaurant? It's almost a dread coming from the staff lol. Well, we never felt that! Not once! Everyone single staff member we came in contact with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. I worked in the food and beverage industry my entire 20' and half of my 30's. Unless you have done so, you can't understand how much work their jobs are. And when they do their job with such a friendly welcoming attitude, it is something to be acknowledged. Steve is by far, in my top 5 best servers I've ever encountered. This was truly one of the best dining experiences we've ever had! Thank you!

We had reservations for 6:15 and were seated immediately. We ordered our meals and an appetizer. The appetizer was great and we didn’t finish it so we asked if we could take it home. They said they’d take it and box it up for us. Never saw it again. We placed our entree order at 6:26 and received our food at 7:13. They kept telling us we would be getting our food soon. They told us this about five times. I finally asked if it normally takes 45 mins to get your food and they blamed it on the large party of SIX they had……the server apologized and a manager stopped by to just say “sorry your food took a little while to come out”. We saw several people come in after us, receive their food, and left by the time we got ours. When we were done eating, they offered to box us our leftovers, but only one of us got our mashed potatoes and green beans included in our Togo boxes and no idea what happened to our appetizers. I might go back, I get that places have “bad nights” but it was my birthday and we missed the movie we had planned to go to. Just a frustrating experience all the way around.

It is kind of confusing to actually get to the parking lot entrance (not very well lit). The booth they sat us at was a bit small considering the amount of food you're bound to order here. It was also a bit noisy. Perhaps it was just the night. The good was delicious and the service was excellent.Parking: It is an odd parking lot meaning that it isn't a traditional solid surface so pointy healed shoes, crutches or walkers might have a problem with the surface.

Professional bartending has really fallen. They were great when they first opened and they have a great cocktail spot and competitive advantage in the area but their bartenders struggle. I had to repeat my order and what I wanted in it 3x's. This is not isolated. Love going there, would like to cocktail there more often, but I want a better experience from the bartending staff.

The restaurant was wonderful. Great food and service. However the parking lot is not very handicap accessible. My husband walks with a cane and the stones and rings were very dangerous.Parking: The lot is covered with stones and a pattern with rings. Walking was difficult for my husband with a cane. He had to make certain that the cane did not get caught in the rings and trip him.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible however it would be difficult to maneuver over the stones and rings
We went for Valentine’s Day and had an overall great experience. Customer service is top notch, and you get lots of food for the price. A great value and overall high quality place.We started with the lobster Mac n cheese which had great flavor and a generous portion of lobster, it was just very soupy and wasn’t the first thing that came to my mind when I thought of Mac.Our drink the Hyde experience was great, beautiful presentation and was perfect if you like a fruity drink that is not strong on the alcohol.The steak (16oz ribeye) was the best thing of the night. The temperature was perfect, it was a great cut for the value, and it was seasoned well.Service was quick even on Valentine’s Day, we were in and out in a little over an hour.My one wish is that bread was complimentary instead of an extra side!

Seated on time and quickly. Offered drink immediately. Steve, our server was pleasant and friendly. Pimiento cheese fondue was an excellent appetizer. Entree, rib eye done medium, was perfectly cooked with a blue cheese crusting. Our dessert, the chocolate on chocolate cake was enough for 2 and then some. Overall, our experience was excellent.
