Worst customer service EVER! Instead of simply telling me that they couldn't take a $50, the person behind the counter was rude about it and when confronted for her tone, she accused me of being rude. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.

I ordered two pizzas, one was correct, one was missing a topping. Contacted the store to let them know and the person that answered the phone didn't seem to care that my order was wrong and all I was offered was an insincere apology. Do better. Screwing over your customers is not a good way to keep them

Ordered delivery, waited 1.5 hours received nothing. Then called said it'd be 20 more minutes due to low staff. Another 1.5 hours later still no delivery. Called to complain, manager hung up. Then notified the order was cancelled on the app. If they paid people better they might actually be able to run their business properly.

I ordered 2 of your New York Style pizza's. Ordered for delivery. Few minutes later a nice girl called Mr to say they could not deliver because no driver. We stated we would come and pick up. My husband left right away to go get them. When he returned home, both pizza's were as hard as a rock. No folding these. You could barely bite them. We also ordered cinnamon twists. They also were way over baked. We did not return because we are older and did not want to drive back to Chapin. Will not spend $50 on pizza to soon again.

WARNING IF USING THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!! Ordered delivery service from this Dominoes in Chapin. Text message said the driver was pulling into our drive. Looked out the window and they went to the house across the street, even though my address number is in bright colors on mailbox. We figured the driver would have met our neighbors, found out they delivered to the wrong house and brought our food after noticing the error. Well... the driver pulled out of their driveway and zipped down the street! Waited another 10 minutes and no pizza and wings yet. Called the manager and he gave the requested refund after explaining what happened, made excuses for the driver, and said he would talk with him. We went with plan B for supper and ate something else from another restaurant. It has been a long long time since we've had Domino's pizza, and it will be another long long time before we try again.
