They have high protein (over 30 grams) and low sugar options to help recovery. They also have no crash energy drinks and teas. The drinks take wonderful and you will not be disappointed.

Downtown Nutrition is my favorite place to patronize in Chapin. Mieke is amazing- she is so welcoming and provides not only the boost I need in the morning with her shakes in teas but also her joyful demeanor. My whole family loves DTN. I suggest trying the Watermelon Blast Tea and the Banana Nut Bread Shake!

I visited Downtown Nutrition Chapin today for the first time, and I will absolutely be back! Mieke was so friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended, at my request, one of the peanut butter flavors, since I’m a fan of PB. I ordered the peanut butter explosion, and it was delicious and extremely filling. I’m thinking tomorrow’s flavor of choice will be brownie batter. Sounds yummy!
