Made a watered down nasty cup of coffee that tasted like they used the old grounds from that morning. The cinnamon rolls were old. You'll know the taste and texture if you've ever microwaved an old roll or stale bread product. There was basically no icing. I put more toothpaste on my toothbrush than there was icing on these cinnamon rolls. Saw an employee grabbing a fist full of chicken tenders with his greasy mitts with no gloves on. The drink counter water gross. I was in a great mood until I dealt with this. All I wanted was a couple of cinnamon rolls and a cup of coffee. What a massive disappointment. I won't be coming back.

If I could give this Hardee's location zero stars, I would. I don't write reviews often, but what I experienced- and witnessed- during my visit was so foul, so unbelievably nasty, that I genuinely feel obligated to warn others before they risk walking into this place. Because that's what it is. A RISK. A potential health hazard disguised as a fast food place.
Let's start with the first thing I noticed the moment I walked in: bugs. There were a couple nats. EVEN a ROACH that casually scurried across the floor in front of the register. A literal roach, near where customers are supposed to get their food. If I hadn't already committed to ordering (a decision I'd later regret), I would've walked out right then and there. But unfortunately, my curiosity got the best of me. I figured maybe it was just a fluke... until I took a better look around.
THIS STORE IS FILTHY! And I mean that in every sense of the word. The floors are unwept, sticky, and scattered with straw wrappers, napkins, and dried puddles of something I hope was soda. The tables were never wiped, and nearly every single one was either wet, greasy, or had crumbs all over them. Not a single clean seat in sight. It was like the lobby hadn't been cleaned in hours. I looked for a sanitation grade on the wall or window (as is LEGALLY REQUIRED) and guess what? Nowhere to be found. Which honestly might be for the best, because whatever that rating would be, I can almost guarantee it wouldn't pass.
Let's talk food. After waiting nearly 20 minutes- yes, twenty full minutes, for a famous star combo, I finally got my order. I sat down and opened the wrapping to find my burger COLD, my fries STALE, and both with that unmistakable sitting under the heat lamp to long taste. There was no salt, no effort, and absolutely no care put into the food. I took one bite of the burger and immediately regretted it. The patty was dry, the cheese half-melted, and the bun felt like it had been microwaved from a frozen brick. The fries? Limp, cold, and clearly old. Hardee's, how are you selling this to people in good conscience? /
But as bad as the food and filth were, what stood out the most was how the staff were being treated. I couldn't help but overhear the manager yelling from the kitchen. I didn't catch every word, but what I did hear was enough to make my stomach turn more than the burger did. She was speaking so harshly to one of the employees- an older lady, who seemed to be doing her best- and the tone was nothing short of belittling and cruel. There was no professionalism, no leadership, just barking, bullying, and blaming. It was heartbreaking and infuriating
I don't care how short-staffed you are or how busy it gets. Nobody deserves to be spoken to like that at work. Period.
Also worth noting: the drink station was disgusting, no napkins stocked, and no lids. The bathrooms? Even worse. I peeked in and was immediately hit with a wave of musty air. One of the stalls didn't have toilet paper. Another looked like it hadn't been flushed in hours. The sink was smeared with soap residue.
Staff look miserable, like they're being dragged through the mud every shift. Morale is clearly at rock bottom, and it shows in every corner of the store.
So no, I will not be returning. Not now. Not ever. And I HIGHLY encourage anyone reading this to reconsider before they spend their hard-earned money at this location. There are plenty of Hardee's restaurants out there that actually care about their customers- and their employees. This one does not.

This is not Valerie this is Jessica that has been in this store!!! GM shows favoritism and fires employees because she simply doesn’t like them regardless of how much they do in this store! I’ve been in this store and seen these employees busting their butts to clean and make sure orders were getting done and quickly while only having 3 people working. So now these employees are no longer there and most of the other employees don’t do half of what they did!!!
