This location is always doing their best customer service wise. Anytime I've had sub here its always on point. Recently the Hot Honey Chicken sub is my go to. It's a newer sub and while other locations get it confused with the Chicken Philly this location has been correct with the order.

We frequent this Jersey Mike’s a lot since my son loves their subs. We normally order online and our order is always waiting and accurate. Bread and veggies on subs are fresh. Meat and cheese sliced perfectly. It’s our go-to for a sub in Chapin. Subs are a bit pricy though.

I do not go into this establishment much due to my dietary restrictions however, I do love their pepper relish when I was in there just a few moments ago there was a gentleman that had placed an order online and wanted cheese removed, but did not put that in his order. The employees quickly started remaking his order at no additional charge allowed him to take the first sandwich that they had already given him with the option of throwing it away or giving it to somebody else. I thought that it was pretty amazing that he did not specify on his order, per the receipt which they pulled up, that he did not want any cheese. They still proceeded to remake an entire sandwich at no additional cost for his mistake not theirs. I think that shows some pretty amazing customer care as somebody who owns a small business locally myself. Good on you Jersey Mike crew 🙏🏼
I have Celiac and was excited to find out they have gluten free bread! Shayne made it an even better experience by immediately changing his gloves, explaining that they will use a slicer that hasn’t been used for anything else, wash the grill, and get new utensils to ensure I did not get contaminated! He then preceded to make my sandwich himself while talking to the others about the importance of why he was doing it this way! It was amazing as I didn’t think I could get sandwiches anywhere!!!

The subs are my favorite, but since when does a business not accept cash over $20 ESPECIALLY when ordering multiple subs for a family!!! My bill was over $75 and I had $50's and did not bring a card... they would not take the cash and the subs were already made. I had to borrow my friend's credit card and give her the cash... it was embarrassing and infuriating... I was tempted to leave and go to Publix right behind the store. Do better Jersey Mike's- cash is king and this is still America where American currency is accepted in every business I know and should be.

The employees do not give you the extra meat when you do a mobile order on app. 2nd time I’ve gotten ripped off for an extra $5. I’d rather drive to a different Jersey mikes with employees that actually read the full order and follow through with their actual job descriptions. Very frustrating.
