Stopped in during a road trip and just wanted to shout out the guy with the beard (sorry I didn't get your name). We asked if they could just warm some cheese in bread for our 2 year old and while they don't have the conventional setup to make a grilled cheese he was genuinely so excited to make it as best as possible for us while talking about his own children.

went in there, was greeted with a what do you want by the 16-year-old boy at the counter, only to be forgotten about and stood there for 15 minutes waiting on them to complete the order ahead of me just to find out that they were going to begin my order. two of the three people working on their cell phones and ill mannered Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to hands-down

I had ordered the turkey sandwich on wheat "Mike's way." The turkey was sliced beautifully and loaded onto the bread with the other condiments in a very quick manner. The young male sandwich artist was professional, efficient, and polite. I don't eat out often but was in Chapin and had a craving for a sub. Thanks. Peace be with you all.

Second time within a week at Jersey Mike's in Chapin while visiting our daughter. We frequent Jersey Mike's when we're home in Massachusetts and ALWAYS have enjoyed their subs! We're SO HAPPY they have a location in Chapin! We always order a steak, cheese, onion, and mushroom sub or an Italian woth just pickles, tomatoes and a little bit of oil.YUMMMM!!! Their subs are always consistently GREAT, their crews are polite and care about their customers!

Stopped off the interstate for lunch. Waited in line almost 40 minutes as they kept fulfilling online orders instead of actual customers in the store. Clearly they have not figured out how to do both. Great food as always but terrible wait times.

First time at a jersey mikes. We were the only people in line when we walked in. Ordered one cold sub and one hot sub. Been waiting at the register for over 15 minutes now and still no hot sub. There is 5 people working right now. There is 8 people in line behind me now who are getting served. I don’t know what “service” is anymore in this country.
