got there ordered at 1 order doesn't get done till 1:28
this is ridiculous. middle of the day not busy and waiting.
No customer service; was there earlier today and I was totally ignored by the 2 front counter staff who were there. No acknowledgment, carrying on personal conversation.
this lady was the rudest not only to the customers including us but to the staff as well. if she worked for me,she'd of been fired in the spot
