Took 20 mins to get thru drive thru with one person in front of us. Ginger dude didn’t include half our food and made up for it with extra fries? Sucked bad, plus food was cold. Prob not coming back, please train better cus that was just sad

Long drive through wait times, ignored in the drive through while others ordered and receive their food, incomplete order (forgot part of my meal), and over all bad experience.
I guess reading and actually comprehending is too much to expect

McDonald’s is McDonald’s so I never review them. However, we stopped at this one for breakfast while traveling. We waited 30 minutes for food before asking for a refund. After completing the refund someone hollers from the back if they were going to still give us our food, and the manager on the register yelled a stern “no”. There were also roaches/bugs crawling across the floor.
