I came in the restaurant and placed my order with the kiosk like I was supposed to and 30 minutes later. I’m still waiting on two happy meals that the manager told me that it was only gonna take a couple minutes. Needless to say that the two people behind me that ordered through the register have already gotten their food and I’m still standing here waiting for two heavy meals. Do not recommend this place.

We got to McDonald’s at like 9 pm didn’t walk out until 10 the service was awful there was nobody in there this place is and absolute joke. And also out of coffee are we serious.

Terrible service finally just left stood there over 10 minutes after placing order no one ever came to the counter we weren't the ones wanting one person said they had been waiting over 30 minutes that's when left
All the modern convenience will never take the place of good 1 on 1 customer service We won't be back

Absolutely NEVER have enough staff in the a.m. Many, many days and not stop because there's only one person working the entire restaurant! Would report tp corporate if I knew the number. The one lady that works in the morning is wonderful but it is not fair to her or us as Neighbors

Placed an order online and got to the restaurant and gave them the mobile code and they said the code wasn’t working and that I would have to repurchase the order that was already taking out of my account. I contacted corporate and they said that they saw my transaction that I had purchased. The customer service at this location is horrible.

Took forever to get our food, food was gross, not worth it. Not sure if there is an employee shortage, but this is supposed to be FAST food, if i wanted to wait this long i should have gone to a restaurant.
