Paid for three extra marinara sauce for my Pizone. Of course get home and only the one that comes with it. Called back and spoke to Sean and asked did they deliver to Pomaria. He said he didn't have any idea where Pomaria was. He was gracious enough to tell me I could come back and get it. I told him absolutely not. He said he'd put it down as a credit. I told him I'd be back to get my refund!!

Could start adding the normal amount of cheese .lots of bare areas. Could also place the topping properly. Lots of bare areas their as well. Sometimes it's even undercooked ! I shouldn't have to finish cooking it .

Pizza quality is all over the place. About 40% of the time they call me back to say they can't deliver can I please come pick it up and their hold times aren't good. I wish they were better because my son loves their wings.

Decided to try Pizza Hut because price seemed cheaper than Dominos. However, I have tried ordering on two different occasions only to get callbacks telling me they can't do the delivery because there are no delivery drivers available when I wanted delivery. I would then be told if I wanted the food I would have to come in to pick it up, to which I say, if I wanted to do that I would've placed the order as carryout in the first place. I would not recommend anyone to order from this location.
This place won't deliver to fairhaven 1.7 miles away from the store maybe everyone in chapin should boycott this store until they close

First my cookie was in a pizza box. It was sliding around and ended up cracking. Second it was only cut into 4 pieces not 8. My garlic knots were filled with pizza cheese, which everyone knows is the wrong cheese to stuff things with because the bread absorbs all the moisture and just leaves soggy bread on the inside and almost 0 cheese. Also, no marinara. They were disgusting. I know I sound nitpicky and extra but I worked here for 2 summers as a shift manager and even though food is premade and frozen and everything, I never let food go out shoddy if I could help it. Someone needs to put in a food order for cookie boxes, string cheese and marinara sauce and sauce cups. Asap. As a broke college student I am disappointed that I spend a good $11 dollars on subpar food. Around the holidays too. I am broke. At let the the lady was kind of nice.
They need to close this place down. They waited till I paid and tipped to tell me that it would be another 15 minutes for a personal pan...that I had ordered 20 minutes prior. When I got the food, breadsticks were cold and old tasting, and the Marinara was not there nor was the extra marinara that I ordered was there. I'm tired of giving this place chances. That was my last one.

Ordered 2 pizzas by phone with an employee who read back our order to me and it was right when it was read back to me. Went to pick up the pizza which one was not ready and they were not aware of the second one even being ordered. They made the 2nd one & the original price was correct for 2 pizzas. When it was brought home one pizza was completely wrong, which we paid extra for extra toppings. When I called and talked to a manager he was not very accommodating nice nor apologetic & hung up in mid sentence. We will not be ordering from the store anymore!

Customer service is just fine. Pizza is horrible. Worst pizza I've ever tasted. I would give recommendations for improvement, but I doubt the Pizza Hut corporation is changing how they make their pizza. Like, for example, a higher quality dough for the crust? Fresher ingredients? Better tasting sauce? Get my point?

I reluctantly ordered a pizza for delivery recently. Their service has been totally terrible. So, I ordered it on line. Shortly after I finished, I got a phone call from the "hut", informing me they were not delivering that evening. There lack of service all the time is very disappointed. 😩
