Ordered 2 footlongs and one was right but the other was a flatbread chicken bacon and ranch. Well, instead of using the flatbread as a footlong piece of bread it was wrapped like a wrap but is really less meat than a 6 inch and double wrapped of bread. All I was offered was a “my mistake”. Not one to just toss away food that is fine just not what I want but I figured they’d at least would’ve offered to fix it some kind of way.

tried to call and tried to email and still haven’t gotten a response. I ordered three subs for me and my coworkers on the app and every freaking one of them was wrong and one of them I had a combo and they even got the chips wrong ! The only thing that wasn’t wrong was the Pepsi. I want my refund!

I ate there shortly after 1:00 today on 2/13 and I was so impressed with the service and food quality and taste. It was perfect. The young lady also introduced me to their raspberry cheesecake cookies and I’m hooked! They taste like summer. I will definitely be returning to this location. I highly recommend!
The boss is very good to his employees and care person i like working for him and his wife they have some lovely kids and i like working with my co woker they are a lot of fun i like the customer they are very nice

Representative would not honor subway’s guarantee for veggies. She said they have to count how many jalapeños they put on each order. When I told her about the advertised as many veggies as you want, she said they are not allowed to stock pile. Never going here again!

Sad establishment. Refuses coupons which means no discounts. Ever. Lady working all the time looks like she just woke up, teeth not in, shower cap on. Doesn't listen when asking for "light" or "extra" anything. Always is in a random conversation and not focused on the work. Put spoiled meat on a sandwich and I had to instruct her to take it off and throw a bunch away in the tray. Bring back some good employees please. The HS kids are better at this
