Representative would not honor subway’s guarantee for veggies. She said they have to count how many jalapeños they put on each order. When I told her about the advertised as many veggies as you want, she said they are not allowed to stock pile. Never going here again!

Sad establishment. Refuses coupons which means no discounts. Ever. Lady working all the time looks like she just woke up, teeth not in, shower cap on. Doesn't listen when asking for "light" or "extra" anything. Always is in a random conversation and not focused on the work. Put spoiled meat on a sandwich and I had to instruct her to take it off and throw a bunch away in the tray. Bring back some good employees please. The HS kids are better at this

Doesn't take coupons. Woman working looks like she just got out of bed, no teeth and shower cap on. Ask for extra toppings 5x because she barely puts anything on. Then she coats the sandwich when you don't ask for extra. Talks about her personal life with customers waiting. Have eaten her 30x as it's the only subway that's close. Most inconsistent sandwich maker ever. Bring the kids back in.

I have never loved subway but my kids do. I think food is ok but seems like you are getting less for what you pay for. They may need to step up there game as people will go to firehouse, jersey mikes or other local sandwich places when they can get more Food.

Poor service. The associate making the sub was fine, but all of a sudden this woman appears and just started adding the subs up. Explained that this was all together. I asked to make sure all 3 subs said yes. I asked my party if they wanted anything to drink, before I could get answers she gave me the total. I got the answers about drinks than tells me that I didn't pay for one of the subs. The party paid for them self. Very embarrassed about the whole situation. I will never go to this Subway again gives me a bad feeling about all subways

Ive ordered online and drove to pick up three times in the last few weeks. Every time the order has been wrong. Their is an option at the end of online checkout for special requests and every single time this is ignored. I don't believe the employees are receiving this info in the order placement. Another time, I ordered a chicken and bacon salad and received a salad with no chicken and bacon. I drove back and received another salad free of charge but it is an inconvenience. The kids working here need training in communication as well as basic customer service.
