My finacé just went in there to use the restroom, he has kidney pains and travels a lot for work. So he stops here in a hurry and they REFUSED him the key to the bathroom without paying for food first. He had to buy a taco just get the bathroom key. Denying a human bodily function just cause your taco bell makes no money is down right immoral. Shame on you! Have some human decency. Absolutely absurd!

Arriving, I parked my car in front of Taco Bell, planning to eat here, but I urgently needed to use the restroom first. The women working there refused to let me use it until I ordered food! Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location — I’ll go to another Taco Bell instead. 🛎️

We came in and had to use the bathroom. The lady said u gotta buy food before we could go to bathroom. I said we are buying food. And she said no bathroom till u place an order and pay. She was one of the rudest women ever!! And had to wait for 20 mins for our food.
The only reason we didn’t walk out and tell her to kick rocks. Was because our son just got done with boot camp and wanted Tacobell.
It would seem pretty difficult but somehow they managed to make fast food even worse. Terrible attitudes and nasty service members. How they manage to keep their jobs I don't know but seriously. Just pass this exit by. Zero stars

Very rude employees. Acted like we were inconvenience. Also wouldn’t let us order at the counter even though my hands were full with a baby. Even though I was in the process of ordering at the kiosk, they wouldn’t let my husband use the bathroom. We had been on the road for hours already but we left and went somewhere else.
