Walked in to order and use the restroom, the employee sitting at a customer table told us we had to use the electronic kiosk, I asked if we could use the restroom, was told we had to order first, I said I would order and could she let my 71 year old father use the restroom to which she repeated “you have to order first” so would not even let him use it while I was navigating all the digital kiosk (could have ordered in 1 minute if she could have gotten up and helped us) so after done I walked over to the restroom waiting for the key that never came, when I asked if I could get in now I was told key is on the counter and made me walk back to get it and she sarcastically said “have a blessed day” as I shook as my head and said have a blessed day huh, confused by being treated so rudely in a Taco Bell. She then made some more rude comments insinuating I didn’t believe in god. This was really disappointing. She was chit chatting with the associate in the kitchen about being excited about going on vacation. No other customers were there or came in while we were there. Take our order, hand us the key and skip the sarcastic rude comments please. Was in about 10:30am on 9-8

2 weeks in a row the location has closed early on Saturday. I ordered thru the mobile app- they couldn’t “find” the order, cancelled the order and put in another - she still couldn’t “find” it. So we asked just to order normal - nope systems down 😂 asked to speak with a manager (won’t be in till Monday night 😂) ok.. then asked for the employees name so we could let the manager know who we dealt with. The employee refused to answer us, would not come back in the mic and would not come to the window at the drive thru. It’s not even 9:30 on a Saturday night 😂

Service is awful. My family came in wanting to order and wash up in the restroom. The girl working was incredibly unprofessional and rude and demanded we finished the transaction before allowing any of our family members to use the restroom. This is completely unreasonable. Management should have stricter hiring standards.

I come to this TacoBell pretty often and Today I just so happen to walk in while my food was being made ,I glance over and One of the female employees was on her phone while making my food .I didn’t have a problem at first until she kept touching her phone with the gloves while making my food I kindly asked the lady at the register to tell her can she please change her gloves because that was pretty unsanitary.She than got an attitude .I won’t be coming back .!

I had to go to the bathroom so bad being 27 weeks pregnant and I was denied the key to the bathroom! What the actual hell… the lady was very rude to me and told me I had to make a purchase first.

Went in stood there 10 minutes. White girl at the booth I guess on her break on the phone. Young black girl in the back on the phone. Bigger black girl in the back doing nothing. Not one person said anything to me. As I was walking out I stated is anybody working three times? They all ignored me absolutely ridiculous

Would not give key to bathroom without ordering food was in line to get food my husband needed key to go he had kidney & liver transplants and was having trouble holding it till they would give us a key to bathroom. Totally unacceptable. Whomever decided not to give bathroom key till order was placed is ridiculous.
