Worse Taco Bell experience ever! Family stopped by. I was ordering at kiosk and we needed to use the bathroom! The lady working the drive thru sees us ordering but refused to give us keys to use the restroom till the order was processed! Even after we put in the order, the lady refused to acknowledge give us the key and instead got a cold shoulder and a rude attitude!
One star only because cheesy bean and rice is still $1 here! Everything else is just terrible! I’m not sure how franchise isn’t seeing the countless negative reviews and forcing this location to do better in customer service and I get why they have strict bathroom policy but the people working here need major situational awareness in how they operate.
Edit. I went back to refill my water and person working there said it’s against healthcare department violation to refill your water cup! I give this a -5 star review
Arrived 25 minutes before they closed. At the drive-through, they said they would not take orders except through the app. Proceeded to go into the app and since by that time, the location didn’t close for 23 minutes you not allowed to order. This is absolutely stupid just because the staff wants to go home and get the place cleaned. Super frustrating since I’m driving and the only reason I got off the exit was because it said it was open till 10 PM.

Best Taco Bell in the state. Charleston, James Island, and Johns Island Tbells are awful. This was amazing food looked like it should. The bathroom key thing is not a big deal. Great job.

On Friday, October the 18th, 2024, II walked up to the door, the sign on the door stated that they are open from 10am until 8pm or later. At 7:30pm, they were closed.. I could see an employee sitting at one of the tables. He just looked up and gave me a hand signal to go away.
Food is amazing. Staff is pretty garbage though. They always act too good to do anything, even get off there phone and find the restroom key that’s only reserved for “paying customers”. Need better staff, maybe people without an attitude and bucket sized chip on their shoulder.

My order and food is usually correct, however, when i order a Mexican pizza combo my tacos are always regular. It'd be nice to get the supreme tacos the meal comes with and that I paid for. Seriously.
I’ve showed up at 9 o’clock, an hour before closing, and multiple times had the staff tell me to leave because they weren’t taking orders due to the kitchen having already been cleaned and packed up. Tonight, the lady took my order and after pulling around to the window, she looked at me and hid after turning the lights off.

We love Taco Bell and is our go-to while traveling. The young lady that was working during this visit was rude and short with us. We hope she was just having a bad day and her attitude isn't always like she was.

If zero stars were allowed I would do that. I walked in with my 1 year old who had an accident and I needed to change her clothes. We stopped her to grab lunch here ( my mistake). I asked for the key to go to the restroom to change her clothes before we placed our food order. The employee told me to place my order on the kiosk first. I told her I needed to change my baby’s clothes and she said order first. I went to the gas station next door and changed my baby’s clothes, and will be grabbing lunch somewhere else. I understand policy. However, this cost them my whole family ( in the car) ordering lunch.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL until they get a better manager. We had a choice to go anywhere, and I'm a taco bell addict. Unfortunately, I was wiggle dancing and I pleaded to get the key to the bathroom. Manager says you need to purchase first. I'm like I will but I Really need to go. Nope, not until you make a purchase first (with a bit of snap in her voice) Whatever, I will find a bush over this. Instead, I went to the gas station. Then I made a purchase at the gas station that I originally wasn't going to enter because we got off the highway FOR TACO BELL. Vera at the gas station was super kind to me, and first thing she asked "was the taco bell mean to you". That comment right there meant someone needs to know.
Coming from a full family of military community, we understand rules and regulations. Rules shouldn't be so strict to leave out the human element. A good manager would be able to recognize the difference. Also, somewhere along the way when taco bell started using kiosks, they seem to think they no longer need to teach customer service. Your kiosk shouldn't mean we won't treat you with kindness and respect.
Not only did I make my purchase at the gas station, but we got our lunch across the street at Zaxby's where we were greeted with a sweet, kind, and joyful man who immediately turned around my mood from that frustrating altercation. That location might not care they missed out on a $40 order, but if enough people stops tolerating callous employees, maybe Taco Bell or the lot owner will take notice. I will continue to love on Taco Bell at other locations, but I will mark this location in my maps as one to not go, and tell my friends and family who travel this route frequently.

I came in the door there was no one visible I had to ask someone who was eating food if they knew if there was anyone working there. They (customers, not employees) told me I had to order on the kiosk. I would have preferred to deal with a live person. When I finally entered the order on the kiosk, I heard a sound playing in the background, alerting them that an order had been received. I heard someone in the very back who I had not seen before. Say quotation “oh hell no.” Guess they were hoping that customers would just go away if they didn’t see anyone working there.

It's taco bell. Ordering from kiosk was slower than counter ordering, but I guess you can do with fewer employees?

Stay away from thus place. Restrooms are only after you order your food. So fist poop your pants than order. The old African American lady very rude and boss her employees constantly, talking and bossing them what to say and what not to do. She didn't even believe we already placed an order online and was checking and mumbling yo employees beein naive to her about everything. If I were them I would leave in one second. If that lady is there don't apply here. Let her work all by herself. We asked her name to call corporate and she didn't. If you are so good what are you afraid of??? Made our chalupa cold we couldn't even bite into it because it was hard. Told her that and she said she will not replace it because there is a quarter of it. I told excuse me where do you see quarter of it? So I took picture so I can send it to corporate. We bought $7 deal. It had 3 different burritos including chalupa. We were sharing a meal with my husband so he tried once also I bited into it and said it is super hard and also cold, I can't eat cold stuff. First of all don't sell stale products. If it's been sitting there, hard and cold why should I be eating it? Also rudness that lady has is outrageous. So many people left. I can't believe taco bell doesn't see that there is barely any people, that they loosing business because of her.
