This Taco Bell is absolutely ridiculous. We had just finished a softball tournament and my daughter needed to go inside to use the restroom while we went through the drive thru to order. Martha proceeded to tell my daughter that she couldn’t use the bathroom unless she bought something. My daughter explained that we were in the drive thru and Martha told her “nice try” and was sent to the gas station. She’s 12!! Are you kidding me! Needless to say I went in and gave Miss Martha a piece of my mind!! I wouldn’t even rate this Taco Bell a one star.

Great restrooms, incredibly clean. Very clean dining area.Dietary restrictions: Fixed my tacos perfectly, no issues with stray dairy like I've seen at other Taco Bells.

Stopped in while on a road trip. This must be a rough part of town. You have to get a key attached to a long stick for the restrooms (like an old gas station). The windows have a thick film on them, like they "cleaned" them with a greasy rag. There were several employees there, but only one guy was running everything. He was doing drive thru, front end, making food, as well as handing out the restroom key.? Everyone else was just hanging out and socializing. I give 2 stars for service based on this guy. He was working his butt off, otherwise it would be 1 star. I had to do some serious soul searching about the repercussions of this dietary indiscretion before I ate it, but so far, so good.?

First time in Chaplin area thought Taco Bell would be different so I wanted to try their nacho fries. The quantity of fries and nachos was disappointing but the taste was there, very good but not enough fries for the price . They didn’t even fill the plate for the price I paid very disappointed . The little that i did have I enjoyed it .

EXTREMELY rude staff. You have to ask for a key for the bathroom and, when we were finally acknowledged, all that was said was you have to make a purchase first, which we already had and we already knew considering the very large signs on the bathroom doors already telling us that. Very unfriendly communication made for a terrible atmosphere and an unpleasant experience. All that being said, food was on par with any other Taco Bell.
