Amazing service, and food. My server Lia was very attentive, sweet and made ordering my breakfast for dinner very enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back !

I stood at the front waiting to be seated for a while. I moved up to the register in hopes of being seated or even greeted, none of which happened. Multiple people came up and stood behind me in which the older lady worked called them both around me to pay their bills. There was more than one clean table. Also if for some reason I wasn’t able to be sat at them they could have still greeted me and told me to wait for seating.

I came in. The booth I wanted to sit at was covered in syrup. There was a server with a rag in her hand used to clean the tables. Instead of cleaning the table, she was running her mouth to another employee. There was a cook, cooking, and 2 other servers. One leaning, and one texting or playing on her cell phone.
Since the one lady couldn't be bothered to clean the dirty and disgusting table off, I decided I'd get another table. To my surprise 🙄 every single table was dirty. 4 staff.... no clean tables... lots of texting.... no working.... lots of talking.... no working... 👎
Then they wanted to run their mouth at me as I left. Lots of talking.... no customer service ... no working.

Hey it's a waffle. The food was good and the coffee was also. Kinda hard to get a refill, but they were busy so all good.

The servers were nice so I gave 2 stars but they messed up my order, twice the counter was filthy when I sat down and I had to ask them to clean it. I had to ask for a water and then they overcharged me. I realize it's Waffle House but a little bit of training and competency would be nice. I'll never go back.
