Waffle House at exit 91 Chapin went from being the best in the state to one of the worst. Numerous regular customers no longer frequent this location because of the poor service, the less than desirable atmosphere and the quality of the food. I gave it 3 strikes and out. Don’t intend to go there again!

We had the best service I’ve ever had at a Waffle House today! We were greeted by a gentleman who held the door for us when I walked in with my two daughters and mother in law. It was 10 am on a Sunday so we had a small wait time, while we were waiting, my sister and her 2 daughters arrived. The staff was very helpful to prepare two tables side by side for us. Our server’s name was Violet and she was top notch! She was so friendly and kind to all of us and brought us everything we ordered perfectly! The Waffle House in Chapin is lucky to have her!
