We were just traveling thru town when we stopped at this Zaxbys location but stopped to dine in so we didn't have to eat while driving. The store was very clean, the service was excellent and the food was served hot. The staff was very friendly as well. Probably one of the better Zaxbys we've visited!

Location has gone down hill pretty fast, 2nd try in a row thought maybe it was a bad night. Then once again our order was wrong & forgot to put the loaded fries in bag. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Second time visiting this location and having an issue with sauces not being in the bag when picking up. I placed my order in the app for pickup in the drive-thru. The sauces are clearly printed on the sticker that was on the bag. I asked the girl at the drive-thru, who was nice enough, if the sauces were in the bag since the bags were taped up and sealed, she said yes…well surprise no sauces. I don’t like spending almost $60 on 4 meals to turn around and eat them dry with no sauces. I don’t keep condiments in my house since they’re not healthy and this was our monthly eat out meal that we enjoy the things that aren’t healthy…well so needless to say my family did not enjoy this dinner especially since the sauces are what actually make their chicken good. Zaxbys sent me a survey asking how my experience was, I answered it with this same info…it then told me they’ll try to do better so if you decide to entertain this location, check on your sauces.

I can go into a Zaxbys in Chapin, Greer, Ducan (and probably any other place) and always find the napkins incorrectly put in the napkin dispenser. I know, it's petty but, how hard can it be...
This Zaxby’s is one of the newer locations in Columbia. It’s very clean and the customer service reminds me of Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh and I’ve never experienced a problem with using my Zaxby’s app with redeeming my points. 🐔🙌🏼
Vegetarian options: A lot of Salad options. 🥗
Parking: They have plenty of parking spots in the lot.
Kid-friendliness: It’s family and child friendly with the layout atmosphere.
I placed a mobile order 15 min before i got here, then waited another 20 till i had to say somthing about not my foodd being ready and they didn’t even get in the system.

We went here because our two year old grandson. He likes chicken fingers fries and raspberry lemonade. Hmm good he would say. I tried the chipotle chicken tacos. Very good. My wife had grilled chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. As soon as I can post photos I will.

Excellent food, atmosphere, the Chicken Strips are just as delicious as Chick Filet! Delicious Texas toast buttered on the one side.. I used to hate crinkle cut fries 🍟 but Zaxby's crinkle cut fries were AMAZINGLY 😋 Yummy! Their soft Taco was delicious too!! We highly recommend them!
