Helpful staff - food portions small i.e. small shrimp plate =4 small shrimp/fries, small thin square slice of toast. Large plate = 8 small shrimp and same sides. Very nice staff however.

I always order the 5 piece traditional wings meal. These wings appear to be bigger than the wings served at the Lake Murray location. The service is also better. I recommend.

I love how clean and speedy this location always is! I stop before work sometimes and never worry about being late. The staff has always been kind and have a warm greeting. Would recommended for a quick bite! It also looks as though they have recently redecorated and it looks great!

Zaxby's grilled chicken sandwich is my new go to Fast Food. And their seasoned crinkle fries are a special treat.
Usually, Zaxbys is on their A game when it comes to their zalads, but today was a disappointment, about half as much lettuce and missing some items on the zalad, they didn't even put cheese on it. Of course I picked it up at the drive thru so didn't notice until I got home. Definitely going to start checking before I leave.
Food is just ok. I wish the service would get better. Every time I get my order something is alway missing. Napkins, straws, sauce, etc. it like they are trying to save money by excluding some extras. Get better please!

Every single time I ask for no ice and every single time I get a cup full of ice. Super annoying.Update: Got home just to realize that they put the incorrect sauce on my sandwich again too. I really love the food at Zaxby’s but it’s hard to want it when something is messed up every time I order.

Ordered two meals in the lobby and it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. The meals were good but much slower service time than other fast food chicken restaurants.
