First time I've eaten at this location. The West Columbia location is on point in every aspect. In Chapin, things are a little different. Service is a little slower and chicken tastes a little different. I was a little disappointed but still satisfied with my order.
The food is a treat for me as I usually don't eat fried foods, but you make it worth it with your fried chicken snack pack. And the staff is professional, fun, and funny especially a young lady by the name of Joelle. Thanks Zesto in Chapin.
Good is wonderful. And I must say it’s quite a bit cleaner than it was early on. I actually called Gus at the original Zesto to ask what was going on at the Chapin place, it being so incredibly dirty. He told me it was totally owned and operated by another entity. I’m so very glad to eat here now. Great place!
