The food was cold and had to wait on it so it shouldn't be cold. Flavors were not there at all. Throwed it away no more waste of ordering It's not famous for its chicken that's for sure.

Went through drive thru, ordered was told to pull up and my ordered would be right out. Waited 10 minutes I then called inside. She said 4 more minutes. She said was i told they had to cook more chicken. I was not told this.food was good though

Between the loud talking and playing going on and 2 employees on break at an hour before closing you get to Wait 35 minutes and they still get your order wrong Oh and your the only customers inside But the place looks Cleanish.

Just left this location HORRIBLE customer service! Took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. Mind you I was the only customer inside the facility. During this time multiple employees looked in my direction a few even walked past me. After my order was finally taken I waited waited waited until someone finally asked what I was waiting for. I politely responded that I was waiting on 3 chicken supremes combos apparently my order had been cleared from the screen. Again I waited waited waited. There was no sweet tea put out so I asked if I could get some from behind the counter. The employee just looked at me and walked off. I never got the sweet tea I settled for a fountain drink. Once my order was finally put on the counter I asked for the bottle of water I had ordered the same employee again just looked at me without any verbal acknowledgment at all and again just walked off. A few moments later the employee came back with a bottle of water and sat it on the counter. I thanked the employee and again the employee just looked at me. Also the entire time I’m here the employees and hollering and cussing. Two of them even arguing and cussing at each other. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had an experience like this at this location. From here on out I will drive to Chesterfield if my family wants Bojangles.

The staff is fine, very polite. The food was the worst Bo Jangles I’ve ever had. Order a BLT chicken sandwich, the chicken was burnt and so think it was like chewing on jerky. They were out of lettuce which they informed me on, but left out the bacon also. I don’t pay extra so you can slap a tomato on top and send it off. Won’t eat here again, chesterfield location has much better quality.
Just wanted something quick and easy. Hands down one of the worst meals I have ever had. Absolutely inedible. 1st off 15$ for 4 pc supreme and two sides. Wow ...... Idk if the grease was old or needed filtered but they tasted awful to the point it immediately turned my stomach. Couldn't eat the chicken or fries so figure Mac and cheese should be ok . Wrong tasted soured or old or something. I will say the tea was OK and I really enjoyed my 15$ plain biscuit . Lady at window was super sweet. ????DO better . Your going to make someone sick .
