It's food, usually cold by the time they hand it to you, staff is friendly enough, though no one gets in a hurry, and if you go inside plan on waiting until drive thru is empty before you get your room temperature food

I wanted to try a new burger they just started serving.they person at the widow was very nice and polite.i paid for what I ordered and was told I needed park because part of my order was still cooking which was fine .I wasn't sure where to park so I asked and was told .I wasn't parked very long and some one came out with my order yelling that I had parked in the wrong place telling me to drive to where she was because she wasn't going to walk that far.

Not too concerned about serving customers. Walked into lobby at 7om at night. Chairs were stacked in tables. Lady behind counter was propped up on her phone, and didn't acknowledge me for the 2 minutes I stood there, 10 feet away from her...so I walked out. I'm still not even sure she knew I ever walked in...

This Place is absolutely hands down the worst fast food restaurant in Cheraw. If they don’t pull you to the front to wait for 20 minutes on your order they will make you sit at the drive through for 20 minutes and wait, they are always laughing and playing around inside and no one does their job properly. Terrible communication, Extremely rude customer service and the food was cold and stiff when I finally got to eat. I love Burger King but this one needs to fire EVERY manager and employee and start over if they don’t want to shut down.

I visited this location on September 14th and on the 15th and placed mobile orders. On the 14th my large fry wasnt placed in the bag. On the 15th one of my orders of nuggets wasn't placed in the bag. Food is to expensive to not receive what you pay for and it's to long a drive to return. I will no longer be giving this location my business.

Cheraw Burger King is my favorite because their food is fresh and prepared well. The soft serve ice cream is as good as McDonald’s but only half the price. The ladies who work there are very nice and give great service!

They finally bring it out and it's the wrong order, customer in front of us had ours and had their hand in the bag and when they realized and handed it back, lady tried to tell us the food wasn't touched even though we saw it. Completely ridiculous.
