The chetaw sc location had sign up staying under new management a few weeks ago. We placed take out order via phone and picked up 30 minutes later. Take out order was not what I ordered. I ordered the combo calabash chicken and ribs received calabash and shrimp. Normally they show you your food and I failed to check. Food was good and proportions generous. Just check your take out orders prior to departure.

Chicken was burned to the point it wasn't eatable. Ham in the chicken was grocery store ham and green beans tasted like chemicals. Not a good meal.

The young man at the take out order was patient, helpful with my selections and courteous. And the food was very good. I especially like the way the soup additional was placed separated to add when I got home. The food stayed warmed until I reached home. I will say that this is an improvement over the old management. The place is even brighter inside. Windows open. The carpet could use some sprucing up. Over all a much better experience. Keep it up.

Whatever you do, don't order fries. They use some kind of weird, off brand, irregular French fries. We had to have the waitress bring out another order of them and they were not any better. I usually don't hate on places too much, but for the price, go somewhere else. Fatz needs to get it together. Sorry
