This location never disappoints!!! Came for breakfast got the 6.99 bag . What a deal ! Perfect portioned quick fill up. My food was hot and fresh . From the menu to the window customer service was top notch. Fast and courteous. Saved 7 $$ off the same food I get from across town . Except today my order was correct my food was hot and I wasn't treated like I was bothering someone or interrupting a FaceTime conversation.

Had an issue with my order today . Called the number several times and recieved no answer .

I ordered 2 Big Hot Ham&Cheeses. They were not, they were the jrs or smaller ones. My husband went back in to get it fixed and the lady behind the counter then cussed at him, refused to remake them and then refused a refund. You can see in the picture how small they were/ are.

I am so disappointed in the food I received this evening. The tea tasted like it was a week old. The burger was cold...not even warm. Even the fries were cold. I had to end up eating a breakfast bar, after spending over $25 for our food. It wasn't even time for them to close!!

love the food but every time i come around 8:30-9:20pm they NEVER answer the speaker. IT SAYS YOU CLOSE AT 10PM SO U SHOULD STILL BE TAKING ORDERS AT THESE TIMES.

Pulled through the drive thru at 6:40pm on a Monday evening and could not order anything with chicken tenders. Was made aware that they were “out of tenders” for the night

Customer service is not satisfactory. First of all no receipt at the drive thru window. Then when I get food back to my work the order was wrong. When I took the order back to get corrected. They would not make order right. I informed them we did not get a receipt and all I asked for was to get the grits on the platters we ordered After the cashier looked at the plates she informed manager of mistake. Manager claims no grits were ordered. So I asked could we gets grits. She then told me they did not have anymore grits at this time. So now I have cold food. No apology. Nothing. Not to mention the wasted time and gas. The worst customer service ever.
I send my money for fresh food and my food was not fresh my breakfast sandwich cheese was dry and egg was dry like it’s been under the light all morning or reheated

Very slow service at this particular Hardee's. I ordered two Frisco breakfast sandwiches and had to wait at drive thru for seven minutes because of the bread. This has been the same experience the last few times.

How about change your times of operations? And when someone shows up 45 minutes after. You're supposed to open at 5:45 in the morning. And you wanna be rude that you're not open yet. That's not my fault. You can't show up to work on time and fee The community that gets up early to work
