Pulled up to the drive thru and waited patiently without any other car in line. Finally was asked my order and had to repeat it numerous times to get it correct. Which I ordered the new featured meal, also made the burger a double but kept the meal a medium. It totaled $14.29. Got to the window and wasn’t greater at all. Handed a drink, took my card, gave back card with bag. I pull on up and out onto the street and realized there was nothing in my bag but my burger. No fries. I proceed to turn around and by then there’s 2 cars in the drive thru so I park and go in. Same lady at window seen me and stepped over to the counter and I told her I didn’t get my fries, she’s already trying to take the receipt from my hand as I am saying I paid $14 and change for a medium drink and burger ? She takes my bag then and proceeds to drop fries in the bag and hands it back. No apology or have a good evening or anything. Also as to looking at my receipt the names on the receipt are not seemingly the name of the lady whom I dealt with the entire transaction. I was so upset that almost a $15 meal went so negative. I rarely take lunch and this was another reminder of why I don’t. Please do better by paying people, and it’s not hard to be kind.

My Apple pie was cold not fresh . I️ ordered A tea during happy hour & was charge $2.99 . Hot dog bread wasn’t & chili on hotdog was watery.

Came here 3 weeks ago for two biscuits and a big hot ham n cheese. The sausage biscuit was cold and hard, the other biscuit wasn't supposed to be sausage because my brother don't eat pork and had to go back in to get it fixed. The big hot ham n cheese looked like a jr sandwich.

Ordered my meal, I notice the cook making sandwiches without gloves on. He was called out about it and he lied saying he just took them off to grab a sandwich wrapper. I was watching him the entire time. I canceled my order and left

This location never disappoints!!! Came for breakfast got the 6.99 bag . What a deal ! Perfect portioned quick fill up. My food was hot and fresh . From the menu to the window customer service was top notch. Fast and courteous. Saved 7 $$ off the same food I get from across town . Except today my order was correct my food was hot and I wasn't treated like I was bothering someone or interrupting a FaceTime conversation. Thank you for a fantastic start to my Sunday . ####Edit to review Had an issue with my order today . Called the number several times and recieved no answer .### edit to the edit . Why advertise lemonade and only have it 2 days a week? I dont drink caffeine or sodas . 4th time w no lemonade.

I Tried to eat here . The manager a young black little girl was very rude. She was outside smoking directly in front of the door. Before I could enter She ran inside and locked both doors so I couldn't enter. I waited for someone to allow me inside so I could eat. I stood outside from 7pm til 7:15 pm A car pulled up to the drive thru, and she finally opened the doors. She Had a Horrible attitude. So I left .

Stopped in for take out lunch 10/20/25 around 11:40 am. The Big Cheese combo consisted of a burger that appeared to be a leftover reheated burger. It was dry and hard. The chicken finger dinner was not freshly cooked; it was barely warm. Both dinners had cold fries. The coke was good. Our dogs enjoyed the food. We will not spend another $22 for this substandard fast food.
Never get tour order right and there burgers are over cook and chared to much.

Terrible service! Too much time spent on cell phones to wait on customers. Never have Frisco breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Bread frozen is always their excuse. The absolute worst Hardee’s I have ever visited. This review isn't based on just one bad experience, they’re awful every day! Or they were, I’ll never go back!

My experience was great and the cashier greetings was very welcome and the drive thru was not back up. Bathroom was clean and smell so good. I truly enjoyed my lunch! 😁😁
