Came in for breakfast and brought our Rise and Shine coffee mugs. The coffee dispenser was almost empty and the staff would not refill coffee until we left. They kept looking at us while we were eating and made us feel unwelcome.

Ordered 2 for $7 Fish, had no lettuce on it, and what looked like smeared Cole slaw patted on top and bottom. It was gross and past its hold time not fresh! Made wrong and drive thru left out a double cheese burger in bag while we were pulled out of line waiting. Had to get out of my vehicle to go inside the restaurant to remedy the order for the missing sandwich. Staff was nice! Won't return due to poor food quality and subpar service.

The cashier was wonderful! She was friendly and helpful. When she heard us discussing different options before she very nicely mentioned a special she thought we might be interested in purchasing. She offered us sauce and ketchup. Great employee!!

Had to repeat order several times before before finally just pulling up to the window to finish ordering. Then parked for 14 minutes for 2 biscuits combos

Is there a better place to get a chili dog? You're gonna have to call me Jack and Diane when I leave this place! It is delicous every time. Service is mostly bad but when you get to chili dog it is worth it! (no onions)
If I could give a zero, I would. The full experience was HORRIBLE. My order was the mushroom Fresco burger combo. The meat was just a pattie, and it was WAY undercooked. It is this type of food that can make a person SICK.

Tried to order ultimate biscuit ask for no American cheese told my hubby couldn't be made that way that is a bold face lie I get there about everyday of week no cheese no prob now my biscuit hard as a friggin brick .I'm going to go back to bojangles

I wish I could give 0 stars.i was told to pull forward for 5 min after sitting at the window for 3. I was given a small hash brown in a medium box and told it was correct. They were fried till they were hard. Also my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was burnt with raw bacon and no cheese. They would not fix anything. Will not go back. They better be glad I can’t post a picture of this mess. I will send it to the head office though.
