We were staying at Cheraw State Park and needed some breakfast our first morning there, so we drive into town looking for a Waffle House. We found Huddle House instead, and even though we'd never been to a HH, w3 decided to give it a try. The staff was amazing! The food was good and fairly priced, and our waitress, Ariyana, was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
Overall, the visit was pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The hamburger steak and the hashbrowns were very delicious. However, the string beans were awful. The string beans appeared as if it was poured out of the can with no extra care to make them tasty. In spite of this, I would visit again.
It was busy. Lucked out with seats at bar area which gave us ring side seat to the cooking.Can't say enough about the 2 cooks. They worked together to prepare the dishes one on griddle the other stove. It was pretty amazing to watch. They were in constant motion. The entire staff was friendly. Enjoyed our breakfast.
