Worst kfc this side of the Mississippi. Every time I go here I have over 30 minutes of wait. Today I was waiting for an hour before I finally went inside to complain and none of the workers acknowledged me until I said something. They gave me hamburger buns instead of biscuits, and extra poppers for my wait... BUT THEY WERE OVERCOOKED. Just like the rest of the food. A bunch of cars got there food before me. The wait was too long considering how mediocre there food is. The service was genuinely terrible, no one even apologized for the wait. And I had to ask for sauce AGAIN!! Because they still didn't add it. Mcdonalds has twice the customers and 3 times better service.

I had good expectations for this place but they were not met. The only positive thing was I did a mobile order and it was ready when I got there. The down sides however, we ordered the dipping box and we didnt get any of our 6 sauces... the fries were hard and cold the mashed potato bites were awful and bland. The chicken tenders were good but again no sauce.

The service was disappointing. I waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Employees were casually walking around without offering assistance or even checking if I needed help. This place could really benefit from better management.

Very simple order I mean the simplest order I can imagine. 1 Mac n Cheese 1 Mashed Potato. How do you confuse Mac n Cheese with Cole slaw 💀 yall think yall funny that’s why yall work at kfc in cheraw. Stay blessed

Came to purchase supper at 7pm, they were out of extra crispy chicken and said it would be a 30 minute wait, order regular chicken to be told at the window it would be a 2 minute wait and they pulled me forward. After waiting 10 minutes they then i form us they don't have any breast's and it would be an additional 20 minute wait. They should just shut it down if they can't have food ready to be served

Last night is the last time. This has happened before, they run out of food and act like it is a burden to serve you. They stated they were low on original, I waited. What I got was brown crispy with original species that looked like it was recooked. It was rubbery and unpleasant. Then the biscuit box... They did not even state they were out if biscuits, and let's face it those biscuits are why some of us go there. They put mini sesame rolls I the box that are devoid of any flavor or appeal. I will not be setting foot in there I the foreseeable future, and please beware when you go there.

I went through the drive through last night to get my daughter and I dinner. I ordered a tender meal and got her a 1 leg kids meal. When I got home, her kids meal box only had a leg in it. No side, no biscuit. This isn't the first time they've screwed our order up or left food out. So I paid $20 for my meal and a chicken leg. Ridiculous! And the people working there are so unfriendly!

Went through the drive through 4/7/24. The lady who took my order sounded very short and unfriendly. The young man working the cash register was sweet and courteous. But the food! I ordered a 4 PC meal. I was going to share it with my elderly parents. They don't eat much and my mom had a taste for one piece of kfc, original recipe chicken. My dad doesn't have teeth but when kfc chicken is cooked properly, it's tender enough for someone without teeth to eat. Not this mess! That chicken was hard as a rock with a hard crust on it. Original recipe doesn't have a hard exterior. Overcooked, old and dried out. The biscuit was hard too. Never again! They have really gone down on their quality and service. I paid 11 bucks and some change for garbage. If I wasn't so tired I would have taken it back. We ended up picking at the parts we could eat and eating soup.
