These people are rude, took 20 minutes for some tea and 30 minutes for chicken, I've been at KFC for an hour at the drive threw the point of a drive threw is to be quick. This. Was.not .quick.

They are the best KFC of them all...no complaints 💯⭐👍🏾...I leave NC just to eat there . The entire staff are very kind & courteous...💯⭐👍🏾 .
Worst kfc this side of the Mississippi. Every time I go here I have over 30 minutes of wait. Today I was waiting for an hour before I finally went inside to complain and none of the workers acknowledged me until I said something. They gave me hamburger buns instead of biscuits, and extra poppers for my wait... BUT THEY WERE OVERCOOKED. Just like the rest of the food. A bunch of cars got there food before me. The wait was too long considering how mediocre there food is. The service was genuinely terrible, no one even apologized for the wait. And I had to ask for sauce AGAIN!! Because they still didn't add it. Mcdonalds has twice the customers and 3 times better service.

I had good expectations for this place but they were not met. The only positive thing was I did a mobile order and it was ready when I got there. The down sides however, we ordered the dipping box and we didnt get any of our 6 sauces... the fries were hard and cold the mashed potato bites were awful and bland. The chicken tenders were good but again no sauce.

The service was disappointing. I waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Employees were casually walking around without offering assistance or even checking if I needed help. This place could really benefit from better management.

Very simple order I mean the simplest order I can imagine. 1 Mac n Cheese 1 Mashed Potato. How do you confuse Mac n Cheese with Cole slaw 💀 yall think yall funny that’s why yall work at kfc in cheraw. Stay blessed

Came to purchase supper at 7pm, they were out of extra crispy chicken and said it would be a 30 minute wait, order regular chicken to be told at the window it would be a 2 minute wait and they pulled me forward. After waiting 10 minutes they then i form us they don't have any breast's and it would be an additional 20 minute wait. They should just shut it down if they can't have food ready to be served
