Out of coffee, out of ice—and when they do have coffee, it’s more cream than caffeine, or they just hand you tea like it’s a prank. Order a mocha? Surprise, it’s a frappe. The only thing consistent here is the bad attitude, which, to be fair, they’ve perfected. Training? These folks act like it’s an optional elective they skipped.
And don’t even get me started on the cooks—someone needs to hide the salt shaker before we all develop high blood pressure mid-meal. Look, I get it, this isn’t Wall Street or a Michelin-starred kitchen, but at this point, some of them should be paying us for putting up with this.

Too slow way too slow.spend me entire lunch break waiting on a big Mac combo. Always having you to wait in parking spot and then bring you the wrong food ...they just can't get it together at cheraw McDonald's
Disorganized staff. Incomplete order due to no condiments that had been requested. Food was not very appetizing. My husband enjoyed his milkshake, but overall food didn't settle well with him.

I work early shifts frequently. 24 hour service is a lie. My coworkers and I can never get any service between 4-5 am. There is always a reason they are not serving, if they even bother to answer the speaker! The owner could save a fortune and stop paying people to sit in the building. They are definitely not serving any food!

This location is ran into the ground. I'm pretty sure anybody that's been to this location, knows the phrase "pull to the front" all to well. 9 out of 10 times I use the drive thru you have to pull to the front. Had to wait 20 mintues for 2 iced coffees. They take the fast out of fast food.

It's painfully obvious the person who owns this location has absolutely no desire to address their constant ongoing issues. Just read all these reviews. Nothing has changed over the last few years. Please remove the 24 hour sign, as I have visited this location every morning for the last two weeks and have been told by an employee, "we're down". What does that even mean? So, the establishment is in fact open but not serving food? Would this lead me to believe, there are employees on the clock for who knows how long, and getting paid, to do nothing? Corporate thought adding self serve kiosks to the lobby was a good idea??? In any case, it also appears it was decided not to staff the front registers at all anymore. How long is too long to stand at the register and be ignored? 5 mins? 10 mins? 15 mins? Evidently the answer is, indefinitely.
Customer have been cheated out of their money for years.
The employees have the option of ringing up a quarter pound hamburger at a price lower than a quarter pound cheeseburger.
So why do they always charge for a quarter pound cheeseburger and then submit orders as a "special request" with "no cheese" printed on the tickets.
They charged a to higher price, l tell the cooks not to add the cheese and cheat us out of money at the same time.
I wonder how much money they make each day when they charge for cheese that customers go out of their way not to request.
