The chicken tenders were tiny little pieces of dried up chicken that looked and tasted like they had been sitting there for 2 days. The fries were not good either. I usually don't complain and I don't like the post negative reviews but this is just the truth. Perhaps they were having an off day.

The service quality here has dropped like Kobe. Itās so slow. Unless you wear a sheisty and talk into the mic with an African American accent, in which case the service is decent. Donāt even try anything but the drive thru. This place used to be awesome.

Itās ridiculous how long it takes to receive your order. I did a mobile pickup and submitted my order at 5:39 pm. I didnāt receive my two items (ice water and Oreo milkshake) until 6:05 pm. This was after I called the store to follow up. On top of that, you can tell the milkshake had been sitting for a while because it was runny. I asked the lil girl to remake it. She came back with the SAME shake. Therefore, we went to the DT window to speak to the manager. The little guy apologized and remade the shake. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

we ordered 4 slushies, sat in the line for an hour and then the customers behind us were served their order before us because they were a āmobile orderā and we asked them to hurry up, they gave us 2 complete slushies that were correct but already melting, and then came out with the other two which consisted of ice and a few strawberries on top because we were rushing them.
Ordered with the app, had to wait 40 minutes and finally walked up to the door and got my order myself. Would have just left after 15 minutes but had already paid, got my order and it was wrong, unsweetened tea and a Jr chicken sandwich that was supposed to be a regular sized sandwich. Manager stood right beside our car and never even apologized for the wait, drive thru was backed up with cars sitting there as long as we had and the one girl bringing food out would come out every 5 minutes or so with an order and walk back in like nothing was going on, just out for a stroll. Logged a complaint on the app and they auto replied that they would read the complaint but wouldn't guarantee a response

The food was fresh and tasteful. More importantly the manager Todd was pleasant and patient taking our large orders. We tried to tip him generously but he refused and asked us to use the tip to return another day. His work ethic and professionalism was truly refreshing.

Food was awful, ice cream tasted like plastic, fries had no salt and didn't taste good. Chicken tenders tasted like onion rings. You can't cook everything in the same oil.
