The service quality here has dropped like Kobe. It’s so slow. Unless you wear a sheisty and talk into the mic with an African American accent, in which case the service is decent. Don’t even try anything but the drive thru. This place used to be awesome.

It’s ridiculous how long it takes to receive your order. I did a mobile pickup and submitted my order at 5:39 pm. I didn’t receive my two items (ice water and Oreo milkshake) until 6:05 pm. This was after I called the store to follow up. On top of that, you can tell the milkshake had been sitting for a while because it was runny. I asked the lil girl to remake it. She came back with the SAME shake. Therefore, we went to the DT window to speak to the manager. The little guy apologized and remade the shake. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

we ordered 4 slushies, sat in the line for an hour and then the customers behind us were served their order before us because they were a “mobile order” and we asked them to hurry up, they gave us 2 complete slushies that were correct but already melting, and then came out with the other two which consisted of ice and a few strawberries on top because we were rushing them.

The food was fresh and tasteful. More importantly the manager Todd was pleasant and patient taking our large orders. We tried to tip him generously but he refused and asked us to use the tip to return another day. His work ethic and professionalism was truly refreshing.

Food was awful, ice cream tasted like plastic, fries had no salt and didn't taste good. Chicken tenders tasted like onion rings. You can't cook everything in the same oil.

Rude employees Pulled up to the speaker and waited...and waited and waited some more. No one would answer the intercom. So off I go to the window to place my order only to wait some more. With 2 cars ahead of my truck I waited. When I finally got to the window I went to place my order of two cups of ice cream with cherries on top. The lady said that I would have to pull around and get back in line to order through the speaker. I said no one would answer at the speaker so I came to the window. And again I was told to get back inline. I then asked to speak to the manager. This rude so called manager told me to go back around and get in line. I refused to wait in line again. I requested to speak to someone else in charge and "a manager" asked what I wanted. I told her 2 ice cream cups with cherries. She said is that all and I said yes. She came back with the cups of ice cream and said they were free!! Why the hassle? Why be so difficult? Why the rudeness? Sonic needs to get their act together!!

This was supposed to be a BLT! This sandwich was the worst I have ever seen from a restaurant! I tried calling to speak to a manager but of course there was no answer! I will never ever eat at Sonic’s again!!
