The chicken tenders were tiny little pieces of dried up chicken that looked and tasted like they had been sitting there for 2 days. The fries were not good either. I usually don't complain and I don't like the post negative reviews but this is just the truth. Perhaps they were having an off day.
The service quality here has dropped like Kobe. It’s so slow. Unless you wear a sheisty and talk into the mic with an African American accent, in which case the service is decent. Don’t even try anything but the drive thru. This place used to be awesome.

It’s ridiculous how long it takes to receive your order. I did a mobile pickup and submitted my order at 5:39 pm. I didn’t receive my two items (ice water and Oreo milkshake) until 6:05 pm. This was after I called the store to follow up. On top of that, you can tell the milkshake had been sitting for a while because it was runny. I asked the lil girl to remake it. She came back with the SAME shake. Therefore, we went to the DT window to speak to the manager. The little guy apologized and remade the shake. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
