Highly not recommended. I visited this location to get two subs. First red flag was the lack of bread and chips. There’s only a couple options now that they’ve changed ownership. Secondly, I repeated my order multiple times and had the person repeat the order but yet my sandwiches are both wrong. His attitude was terrible also and he talked over me. My turkey sub is missing the sauces and my cold cut sub is dry. Both breads are dry and crumbly. They even gave me a super tiny cheap plastic cup with a fast food lid for my bottled water. I’m so upset and want a refund. I filed a complaint with customer care. I’ll continue going to the one in Chesterfield.

I have been a big subway fan and ate here a lot but since new ownership I have had nothing but issues I feel. Today was probably the last time I will be trying to regularly get food from them, I placed an order on the app but it never went through their system but I was charged, I ask what to do and the said they couldn’t do anything without it coming through and would have to call corporate. Corporate doesn’t cover anything of the sort since they’re all franchises and refunds and such are to be done through the store it was ordered at. Now I’m $30 short, I never even got my food, and I’m tired of having issues.

Dirty restaurant, English is limited with staff so communication is hard. Pricing does not reflect online by order at this restaurant or what’s on the board. Their manager makes up a price from around the corner behind counter.

Idk if they have mew owners or what , but I use to get quick service an my order was right in the drive threw , but the past couple weeks the service been getting slower, I’m having to repeat my order 2-3 times, an then they been getting my order wrong , , 1time I asked for spinach on my sandwich an they put 3 leaves on it , an several times I’ve asked for mayonnaise an they never put it on the sandwich, if you go here it’s better to go side to make sure your sandwich is right , but I don’t always have time , it use to be real good with friendly service an food was always right when I ordered , I go there atleast 3 times a week an I’ve seen the recent decline in service an quality food within the past month,

The staff is always friendly and quick at this particular location. Online orders worked out great. Instore office we're also quick and we never encountered long lines. Food is what you'd expect at a subway store.

This subway is always very clean and tidy. The manager is friendly, and the staff are very well-trained and knowledgeable. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Clearly, she takes pride in her work, and it shows in the store's atmosphere, both in service and in the freshness of the ingredients.

Order a Philly cheesesteak sub on Italian bread. Got a Philly cheesesteak but don’t know what type of bread it’s on. So didn’t eat it but call 10 times no answer because I went to work before I opened it and couldn’t go back. Advice, open your wrapper or go inside instead of drive thru to order your sandwich. Money wasted!
