Horrible customer service!

Great staff, welcome feeling, nice people, and great food.

Party of 4 arrived at the breakfast lunch meet point. I ordered breakfast, and the other 3 ordered lunch. They made my food, and it was ready within 5 minutes, and it sat there for another 10 minutes at least on an open counter. 3 other guests ordered a hamburger, a hotdog, and chicken fries. All came with French fries that were undercooked and cold in the middle. The chicken fries must have been horrible because only 1 was eaten. Hotdog and hamburger were eaten, so they must have been good. The breakfast I ordered arrived cold. I believe if it was hot, it would have been very good. Gravy, grits, and eggs are not very good cold. If you want drink refills, you have to go to the counter and ask for them. I waited 3 minutes for the cashier to finish making milkshakes while a cook was staring at me to get a refill on sweat tea. The sweet tea has so much sugar in it that you can barely taste the tea. It was kind of like my dessert. The price of the food was decent. I believe if I had not shown up at that transition point between breakfast and lunch that our food would have been better.

Fantastic place to eat & explore the classic 50's-60's atmosphere!!! Prices on the food was very good, food was Delicious. Definitely a great place to eat & we will definitely be back!!

Food is good but if you go through the drive through then you may as well throw your money in the window and just take what they give you because it will NEVER be what you actually ordered

The interior, I believe, dates to the 50's when it first opened . Order at the counter and they call your number for you to pick up. Good menu. Food ranges from ok to overcooked depending on how many interruptions the cooks have.
I will say there is a lot to see while you wait for your order. Hamburgers are well done. Fries and tater tots are great if you get them first from the fryer. If they go in the tray, they turn to broken mush. The chef salad was very good.
