My grandkids love this place (so many antique memories have been removed since CoV times that made me sad to see gone!) Still many other old time memorabilia things to look at while eating and some interactive for the kids. They cook to order and we always have a good dining experience with our 3 rambunctious toddlers after the park playing for hours. This has been the only place grandpa and myself can eat a meal and the kids all sit and eat too because we talk about everything we see! A good game to play while they eat in Bantam Chef is “I Spy with my little eye” there is stuff everywhere and all I see is the smiles on my grandkids faces. Thank you Bantam Chef for the memories we get to make! Grandkids are only small for a short time and we just want those times enjoyable and we have it at your place!Kid-friendliness: If you tell the smaller kids what they’re seeing and how it was from your childhood they get interested or atleast they should. Make learning fun and Bantam chef is a great place to teach how the generation X and older grew up. Memories are a good thing.

We stopped by after our soccer game for a bite. The woman at the counter was awesome. Lot the atmosphere. This place has been around forever. I got the cheeseburger a plenty. If your not counting calories, this is a great place to go? my grandsons salad was covered with the cheese covering all the lettuce, but he loved it with that extra ranch? It definitely brought back memories when I was working in Chesnee. You have to treat yourself once if you’re in the area.

I LOVED the experience I had. My mom and I came to get lunch together and she wanted the chicken strips but they ran out, so she got the chef salad. Then the man brung her an entire chicken strip plate and apologized for not having it!

If I could give it less then a 1 I would! 3 visits in the last month and not a single time have they been able to get a simple food order right, long waits ( I don't mind a long wait for fresh food ) we have loved eating here for years and never had much of an issue but waiting for food for an hr only for it to be wrong every time is ridiculous, the staff have been rude and hateful through the drive through Everytime. It's not hard to take a order and put what we ask on a plate.. not even a complicated order.. how hard is it to put gravy on steak when that's what's on the menu and asked for
