The cashier was friendly. Staff speaks about customers too loudly , the food was stale except for the fries, they were dead but still took 20 mins to make an easy order, we're out of some condiments and threw the Sandwiches together very messily. 12/16 Update* Over the past year, I and many other local customers have encountered repeated issues, including rude and unprofessional behavior from employees, food that is rarely fresh, frequent stock shortages of condiments and menu items, and inaccurate orders (wrong or missing items about half the time).Despite numerous online reviews from myself and other customers highlighting these ongoing issues over the last year, I have seen no noticeable improvements at this location. Anytime I sent an email about an issue at any of your locations in the past I never was given a response. As a result, these experiences have eroded my confidence in the brand, and I am hesitant to return.

If you plan on going here do not and I repeat DO NOT go after 3 PM. All they do is play and have attitudes. Went to order food and literally saw employees playing I guess hide and seek in trunks and chasing cats in and out of the building. Very veryyy unprofessional and not trust worthy food if there's animals running around.

I ordered a chicken sandwich they gave me chicken tenders(on the bun) instead of the patty!! At least couldve told me!! Not too friendly either!

Handsome cashier was amazing, handsome curly hair cook was amazing, and red head manager was a huge help for me and my wife.
