I got my order screwed up and I waited in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes. But the ice cream machine worked so that was cool

I came through drive thru tonight and ordered a BigMac no sauce add ketchup & mustard and extra minced onion. What I got was a BigMac with no lettuce, no pickle, a big chunk of onion and literally just one chunk and no mustard. There is no way you can know how many times this store has screwed up our orders.

Ordered drive through on Friday which is busy which is to be expected but with a long wait I expect my food to be right. Ordered 3 mcdoubles(2 with extra onions but was charged for all 3) and a McChicken that we didn't even recieve and 2 medium fries which was thrown in the bag upside down. The.mcdoubles that we paid to have extra onions on didn't come with hardly any even though we paid for extra onions and once again didn't receive the McChicken at all. The employees working the driver through were pleasent despite the issues we had with the food

By far one of the slowest locations I've been to. And I've tried out multiple times, different days, and time of day.. consistently slow. I'm talking 15 minutes or more waiting for food....

Tired to stop in and actually sit down to eat. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. The floor was dirty. The drink bar was a mess and not stocked. I asked for ketchup and was handed packs of ketchup covered in sticky brown goo. I will say that made my food correctly and it was fresh.
Really charging extra to add pickles to a mcchicken? Are you really that mclazy adding some pickle is such an inconvenience you have to charge extra, when literally no other McDonald’s around does that crap, bunch of baby’s.
