This is my to go pizza place since it's close to my residence. This issue that I have has happened a few times already. I often order traditional wings with pizza to go, 6 wings priced at $10, but I get only 5. I dont get, is the guy that preps them hungry, or their math different from my.

Order a buffalo chicken pizza. Picked it up and no sauce of any king. Just chicken, cheese and banana peppers. The manager seemed out of sorts, like really didn’t know what was going on or what to do.

The new thin Chicago Pizza was burnt did Not Hardly have any cheese one of the worst Pizza I have ever had way too much garlic powder I would have took it back but I live too far out in the country my husband said he will never buy another threw his money in the trash we have brought pizza from this Pizza Hut before and they were very good we go there all the time but that new Chicago thin pizza tavern style was awful not properly cooked if they can't cook it no better than that let Chicago cook it this is a very nice Pizza Hut and very friendly people but that was an awful Pizza let Chicago cook it

These very young folks are very lazy and are not into customer service at all. Apparently they just want to get a paycheck and not have to work for it. One girl was at the counter trying to help customers while three other young female employees were standing around playing on their telephones continuously for the entirety of my 15 minute wait to pick up a online order that was already prepared. It would have been greatly appreciated if one of the other young girls would have put their telephones down for about 2 minutes and got my pizzas out of the warming oven. The only thing they would have had to do is pass it to me over the counter and take my money but instead I had to wait because they were too busy playing on their telephone phones.
I ordered 16 chicken wings. I've never had worse! There was no honey bbq sauce on them which would've definitely helped the dryness.

The food and service is always great, today was no exception! I had some wings delivered to my house today, they were so fresh and hot I had to wait, and the driver was also very nice. The sweet chili is my favorite, always amazing! I also had the honey barbecue which is very good, but I think I have another go-to now- the cajun dry rub flavor is amazing!! It's SO seasoned, I'll definitely get more soon!!

I usually don't make post like this do not go to the Pizza Hut in Chelsea they are not want your time the Advil bad for all employees have work out open on the management I think they need to get out the employees and I didn't imagine it needs to be fire please do not go to that Pizza Hut they have employees at what when they are sick some kind because Madison won't let them call outThe gm bill needs to be fire he is not nice at all please fire him now he needs to be fire asp

Only reason I am doing this is because of the bad things I have heard of this place. Not from the food but from working at this one. Never. The employees are being harassed by management. Very dark things somewhere hidden in this like in a lot of restaurants.
