Ive seen this subway change alot over the years ive been going to all the time but one thing is same is people they hire are amazing they treat you like a friend not a customer and ive enjoy going there to see the smiling faces and delicious food

I tried to order in drive thru, half way thru my order she told me to pull up. After she took 1st order she ask do I need another. I said yes, I need a second to look and see what I want bc you had me pull up so I couldn't see menu. She told me no I couldn't have a moment to look. Shut window and walked away. She sent a gentleman to get my money. He wouldn't take my next order either. He brought my 1st order to window handed to me, shut the window back looked at me and said bye and wlaked away. Definitely will not ever get my business again. Customer service is HORRIBLE

The people that own this Subway are greedy and to me somewhat Shady. I've never been in a Subway where you can't see their meat and cheese but for some reason at this location they have it blocked off from all sides. They don't put the correct amount meat on the sandwich like they're supposed to and my last trip there I got a sandwich a large drink and chips and it turns out that their Drink Machine doesn't work correctly all the drinks had no carbonation and they clearly already knew that after I went back into change it out but still sold me a large drink at the register without telling me that just greedy people in general

I have been a customer at this particular location for several decades. The portions of meat have shrunk in recent years to the extent that, in the future, I will have to pay $3 for double meat to get a worthwhile sub like I used to get. The food remains tasty fortunately.

We live in chesnee and used to go to this subway all the time, went on 4/1/25 placed order for 2 subs upon getting to building sub notice that the lettuce was all wilted and brown looking , looked closer and all the veggies looked nasty ask for better veggies was told this is all they had, food and service is going downhill fast!
I tried to order online, when it asked for code, I it it in and the screen kept going back to startup screen and would not let me finish, I went to store and ordered and asked if I could still get the 699fl deal and they said not unless I ordered online which then showed them my home and they said they could not help me, thinking to use Mike and Jerry’s now and quit using Subway , this order was tried at approx 730 pm on 3 21 2025

The Chesnee Subway is one of the best restaurants in town. New management has really turned this location around. The food is awesome. It’s packaged neatly in the bag with condiments on top with nothing leaking. Sandwiches and salads are build beautifully by true sandwich artists. When ordering mobile the food is ready when you get there. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. I have been here three times under new management and had the same great experience each time. Don’t hesitate to try them out. You will not be disappointed.

When I heard Subway here in Chesnee was under new ownership I knew I had to go back. So far the last two orders have been great with no issues. The customer service has been a pleasant experience along with the food. Definitely will be visiting more often.
