Find another Subway! Location appears to be under new ownership. 3 people behind the counter were not friendly. There is a language barrier. Quality of sandwiches has declined substantially. Minimal meat on sandwiches. Negative attitudes toward customers. We will not go back to this location.

Tuesday Aug 27 I went to Subway and ordered a BMT. Since the new owners have taken over the quality of the subs have not met standards. I counted 5 pieces of turkey. The titan should have plenty of meat on it. We bought $50 of veggie subs is what it boiled down to. I won’t be visiting weekly for a long time.

My husband and I have covid. We had to go to cvs and get medicine and decided to put in a mobile order here so we could safely and conveniently pick up dinner. Pull up to the speaker and no one says a word. We pull to the window. A very rude girl said you have to come inside for a mobile order. I went inside with my mask and I asked the 2nd girl, also with an even bigger attitude, if this was really necessary due to our being sick and the drive thru was empty and why aren't they using a working drive thru in general. I was told I could stand outside and that the drive thru was only there bc the building hadn't been remodeled in years. Being angry I went to the car and my husband went in, wearing a mask, and explained we didn't want to come across hostile but why tell us to stand outside after telling us to come in after driving though to their window. It contradicts itself. She then proceeded to tell my husband that we shouldn't be there getting food since we have covid anyway. I don't know what kind of customer service business model this place is using but based on all the other reviews and this experience I can definitely say this store needs MAJOR changes and new employees with owner who knows good business.

We basically walked in and right back out. Instead of being greeted as we walked in the door, we were told that there were 5 sandwiches ahead of us, online orders. It was so off putting that we left and went to another location where we were greeted by a very friendly young man! So, our party of 5, a $65 order was given to a location who appreciated it.

This is the worst place in town to come to, I pull to the drive thur and waited 20 mins and no one never said anything so I came around to the window to see if I can get there attention and the young lady made eye contact with and didn't even think to see what I wanted or try to take me order. This was around 7pm. Don't have worry about my services here I'll just go to boiling springs.

For convenience, My wife called in an order so I could just run through the drive-thru and pick it up. When I got to the drive-thru the attendant said I would have to come in and pick up my sandwich off of a rack that was in the lobby that everybody had access to. So what's the point in having a drive-thru for convenience if they cannot hand you a sandwich through the window? It would have not taken but 30 seconds for the clerk to put forth a little extra effort get my sandwich and pass it through the window. Lazy employees!!!! So much for customer service!!!!
