We basically walked in and right back out. Instead of being greeted as we walked in the door, we were told that there were 5 sandwiches ahead of us, online orders. It was so off putting that we left and went to another location where we were greeted by a very friendly young man! So, our party of 5, a $65 order was given to a location who appreciated it.

This is the worst place in town to come to, I pull to the drive thur and waited 20 mins and no one never said anything so I came around to the window to see if I can get there attention and the young lady made eye contact with and didn't even think to see what I wanted or try to take me order. This was around 7pm. Don't have worry about my services here I'll just go to boiling springs.

For convenience, My wife called in an order so I could just run through the drive-thru and pick it up. When I got to the drive-thru the attendant said I would have to come in and pick up my sandwich off of a rack that was in the lobby that everybody had access to. So what's the point in having a drive-thru for convenience if they cannot hand you a sandwich through the window? It would have not taken but 30 seconds for the clerk to put forth a little extra effort get my sandwich and pass it through the window. Lazy employees!!!! So much for customer service!!!!

I had my meatball sub door dash & it was still warm & the driver was awesom. It was so easy to order on Subway menu. I know its probably me but the sup didn't taste as good as I remembered which has been a while.

We gave our order and got back a completey different order, they don't take coupons, and the people just acted like they hated their Jobs. They jus threw it together. We cannot trust any restaurant anymore, everywhere I go they are HORRIBLE.

Rude young girl at drive thru waited 20 minutes want sweet onion like I always order and they put teriyaki on it ask for just mayo then and she tells me she has to waste a half of sun to remake it right for me and I told her I would not be back and she told me that was fine because they didn't want a rude customer back

Hands down, worst subway. Always out of meatballs, hair in food, getting the order wrong when you are standing right there. This is unacceptable.
I wouldn’t even give them a star, get to the drive thru to Order she said it’s gonna be 15 mins and didn’t say another word. I tried to call my order in they continued to hang the phone up. So I decided to walk in , there is 3 people working and one other customer in the store so why the wait ?! So I order and the lady that works here abbano is completely rude, had to tell her what kind of bread 3 times. I told her shredded cheese and she still gave me the wrong cheese.

I waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. Young employees should be educated that all customers are important regardless of either going in or going through drive-thru to order. For they thought every customer that went in should be taken care of before me. The food was great, but the service was awful, so sadly to say I won't be back.Parking: About 20 parking spots.
I have been coming to this Subway for over ten years, the service has always been great. The subs are always tasty and fresh. They do not accept the coupons you receive in the mail but will offer electronic offers if you order through the app. It's a hassle not to accept paper coupons or have to go inside to pick up your online order but that is not the staff's fault, they are only doing what they are told. I will definitely be back.

Wish I could give the service 0 stars. Told me to drive around to start another ticket that I could only have 3 subs per ticket, and that's is fine but they were playing games wanted me to literally drive around the restaurant again to start another ticket also no one was inside eating or behind me in the drive thru I wish I had video taped this horrible experience it was 2 younger girls that was the problem. It happened on November 28 that afternoon I wish a manager would contact me about this.
