Tenango's Mexican Restaurant

Food was really surprisingly delicious, exceeds the other Mexican restaurants in the area by far. Great service and really friendly staff. I have never been impressed with the rice at most places, theirs was really good and flavorful. Pork tamales and sauce were also amazing. We also got flautas and chimichanga. Everything was great!

I had a salad and never realized a salad could be ruined. But it was with some weird tasting cheese and then they gave me ranch packets that were so horrible. My husband had a beef chimichanga and normally cleans his plate, but this tasted like it was some sort of soy meat which he couldn’t even eat half of it. The waitress was very good though.

Always great food and awesome service. Located in Down town Chesnee SC. Fairs, festivals and street parades. Love this little town. Well worth a visit. While here check out the local eats like this one. Lots of diners and dives!

We’ve dined in and have had takeout. Honestly, from the delicious food, the excellent menu, the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and most importantly the cleanliness of the restaurant we’ve never been disappointed. My favorite, puffy chicken taco’s, what a delicious treat!

Parking: Several restaurants share the parking. That being said, on a busy evening, I park across the street from the restaurant in Dollar General’s parking.

First time here after the switch from El limon. Absolutely loved it. The food was amazing, our server Ronald went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The music and decor only added to the dining experience. Will be back!

Worst Mexican food. I should have known when they said it would be ready in 5 min. That's because it's nothing but microwaved or canned ingredients. Fresher Mexican food available at Taco Bell. Terrible.
Plus my stomach is upset the next morning. Never again.

Just had the best fajita I've ever ate. The chicken was tender and there was more than plenty. Usually most restaurants skimp on meat but Tenango's did not. If your looking for great mexican food, this is the place.
