Had to pick up a door dash order the when I told the manager the order I was waiting on she didn’t say a word to me she just slide the bag across the counter and started a conversation with someone else. To be someone in management she is extremely rude.
There is a reason why this restaurant is rated so low. Menu is confusing. Getting a chicken sandwich is not simple. Staff is not helpful. Staff has a take it or leave it attitude.
If I could give this location a complete 0 I surely would! Worst service and complete lack of care or concern over customers, other than their friends and family who come through the drive up window to chat and catch up on things. Always out of chicken pieces or sides. Cold food or so dry you can't eat it. The attitude of employees is the worst. They don't even speak and nearly throw the box of food at you. And don't even think to ask for something else. Just awful and it should be closed down.

This specific Bojangles is always good! It's right my work and home so I stop often! My fav is Cajun egg and cheese biscuit with the best hash browns ever aka Bo Rounds!

Me and my daughter eat there every day and on this day in particular they got our order wrong, this was unusual because every other service we've have was great, but Cory, the day Manager was amazing, we talked while they remade our order, this made my daughter want to be a team member there, she saw how great the service was and how Cory handle the situation and it inspired her, thanks a million Cory...
