People at this restaurant are extremely rude.If they do not understand you, they ignore you if you try to call.They won't answer the phone I have no idea what the food taste like and I don't care

You can not enter the store. They have the door blocked off with plexiglass. You stand outside and place your order and they put the food through a plexiglass box. The sweet and sour chicken was freshly cooked and there was lots of it. It's not that it tasted bad, it just didn't have much flavor. The eggroll was decent but the pork fried rice was the best part of the meal.

The food is good, and customer service in person, is good. The only problem I ever have is calling and them not answering the phone, and also, the wait time for the food is very long. Waited for 30 mins for my food

I ordered sweet an sour chicken an got no sweet an sour red sauce an I ordered a shrimp lo mein that was overcooked shrimp was very tuff I was not happy they didn't even try to make it right an I only gave two stars cause of the porpoises might give them a try again maybe not sure yet you spend good money on nasty ass food an no offer to make it right or better

I’m on disability and staying in a homeless shelter. So when I spend $14 on take out , trust that I’ve saved it up This was inedible- all of it ! Crab Rangoon was cooked to death & the shrimp ? had that smell (u know the one- where it’s old and sketchy ). I don’t have a vehicle so I can’t even take it back Wouldn’t make a difference I suspect since the lady at the window spoke NO ENGLISH

My husband got food poisoning from the bourbon chicken and was sick for two weeks. Their wings are good but they’re not worth almost dying for.

I've not eaten Chinese food in Chester in years. Beef and broccoli, how hard can that be, right? Well, they got it wrong. The brown sauce was thick and sticky. I tried to just eat the broccoli but that thick brown sauce made it unpalatable. Thankfully, the egg roll was good.

No one will pickup the phone for carryout orders. Call one day let the phone ring until I got there and it was still ringing. I told them that was me calling on the phone calling. Then they don't understand English.
