Pizza is good. Service is terrible. I guess the oven is down would they put it in when you making online order. Goes in. Stand there for a good 10 minutes before anyone say anything.

I'm guessing there was a management change a few months ago. The quality and service is sooo much better then a few months ago. I had quit going there because the wait was always so long and the food was always disappointing but I decided to try it again about 2/3 months ago. That experience and every one since then has been great. To the staff you are doing a great job keep up the good work.

Super slow. They don't even acknowledge you are there for about 2-3 minutes. No hospitality however the food is usually fresh and good. Best to call ahead.

It dead as it could have been up in here for me to give my order. I stood up front for almost 10 before someone even act knowledge someone was waiting to be served.

Was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Ask for manager her comment was she will take your order. The Chester store is very disappointing. People have choice on how the spend there money and I thing this store is missing this point.

I haven't had no problem out of this location! My kids and I eat here at least once a week. My food is always fresh and the customer service is always great. Of course the wait time is long, just like anywhere else due to short staffing. That's understandable to me but this location is better than the rockhill one! Thank you for your service and the great staff.
