We went to the Pizza Hut in Chester about 3 months ago but I was debating on leaving a review that's why it took so long usually we walk in and order to go but we was planning to eat somewhere else and last minute decided to go to pizza hut instead it was about an hour til closing but we ate in and the waitress had an attitude the entire time as soon as she came up to our table she tells our son you need to remove your hat she said wearing a hat could offend people so to avoid a scene we just tell him to remove his hat, well it was taking my husband a while to decide what he wanted so everytime the waitress came to our table she would breath out heavy and roll her eyes and look at her wrist for the time and everytime she would speak she had an attitude you could tell she was very annoyed... my husband asked about placing the order but also ordering an extra pizza to take home and she replied do you see what time it is? Do you know what time we close? The cook stayed to make yalls food!!! So we didn't get the pizza to go we ordered our food for there while placing our order she asked me what do you want to eat she said im going to make sure the woman gets what she wants, and when my husband finally decided what he wanted she said finally it's about time your slow as congress!!! WHAT who talks to customers like that and this woman was training someone too!!!! It was a HORRIBLE experience and my anxiety was so high all through dinner!!! We will NEVER eat here dine in again only order to go!!! I hate to give this 1 star because the actual food was amazing but the service was horrible!!! I know it was getting close to closing time but that's no excuse for awful customer service!!!

We go here all the time! I love that this is in an OG building. The food is great! I especially love the honey barbecue wings and cheese bread! They have some of the best sweet tea in town (which, per my opinion, is super sweet, so if sugar is not your drug of choice, then you probably won’t agree with me lol). I love the historic pictures on the walls too. There are some really nice people that work here, but there have been some times when we’ve gotten people that aren’t super personable. We’ve also had it happen more than once that they closed earlier than what they were listed as or they didn’t want us to dine in even though they were still open and taking carry-out orders and appeared to have the same number of staff I normally see in there, but *shrug*. I’ve never seen them super busy inside so it’s always a really chill place to go to talk and relax, and the kids can typically see some sort of cartoon on the TV in the corner.

The only way I will ever eat from Chester SC Pizza Hut is by phone order. The last 3 times I have been there, the wait staff spent more time in the parking lot with their friends than they spent waiting tables. Our order was ready for 5 minutes when I finally went to the register and asked what the hold up was. Our waitress had been in the parking lot with her friends for well over 10 minutes. I got the kind roll of the eyes and walking away I have come to expect of this restaurant. The food was good once it finally got to us.

Great pizza probably one of the most expensive places in Chester as far as Pizza goes but the quality is good and you get what you pay for
We had a GREAT server! Our pizzas were spot on, & piping hot when the server delivered them. We actually heard that they were "up" & server had them right out. Kept our drinks filled. Thank you for a GREAT Father's Day lunch for my Dad & Husband.
