I'm a regular at arbys and it's usually fine but today I went in and the arbys was pretty empty, the lobby was messy and there was someone sleeping in a booth, apparently it was one of the workers boyfriends. I order my food and it took over 27 minutes to get my food, even with a clear lobby and drive thru. when I got my food eventually one part of my order was incorrect and I went back inside to fix my order and the person at the counter, a short lady, was arguing with me on my order even when I had the receipt clearly showing what I ordered. I got my correct order eventually but the lady was making a fit while preparing my food. I come often to this arbys and it's usually fine but this incident has really shown me what type of place this place is running.

I live near this store and have watched it go downhill in the last couple of years, every time I order at the window I’m always asked to pull around and wait then when my food comes out the fry’s are cold or order is wrong thanks but not again

To the guy in the grey shirt that was working the window October 5, 2025 at 1:20 go find something you love to do because that job is not for you! You was beyond rude at the intercom and the window! “ I’m just tired” is not excuse to talk or treat anyone any kind way because your in your feelings you need to do better and get yourself together before you come to work! If you so tired go to bed earlier next time!

Manager on duty more worried about going outside to smoke then selling food to customers. Waited at counter for over 5 minutes to walk outside finding her smoking and on phone then making sandwiches

Food cold Apple turnover no apples was empty cold worst ever frys cold. Nothing was worth it strawberry lemonade very bad.
I had a coupon for four classic roast beef sandwiches for ten dollars and was charged 34.14 and 10.90. The guy that was at the drive- thru said he would credit the 34.14 back to my account so I gave him my debit card and he said it will be taken care of but there was only 15 dollars credited back to my account so I ended up spending 30 dollars for a meal that was supposed to be 10 dollars with my coupon. I have decided not to go back to that Arby's rather than pursue trying to get my 20 dollars back that I lost because of someone who wasn't paying attention to their job.

Very disappointing when you order online and drive 10 miles for them to tell you there out of what I ordered.if you know you're out you could have reached back out so I wouldn't have drove that far.thanks

Has big ass roaches. So so disgusting.one climbed on the seat beside us this morning. Also had another in the bathroom. Do better arbys. Not eating here anymore!!!!!!

Drive thru lunch on 4/14. Had not been to Arby’s in quite some time. Disappointed in the roast beef sandwiches, meat seemed an odd color and tasted old, like the sandwiches had been made & sat for a few days. 4 for $10 special. No I did not go back since I took the food home for lunch. If and when I go back, I will return food and talk with a manager. Always liked Arby’s but this was not good.
