The lady at the counter was new. She watched me place my order on the app but it somehow got messed up between online and what the receipt showed ~ She took it right to manager who fixed it it immediately ! Great team work by your staff ~ perfectly executed fix to something that wasn't even their fault ! All the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
To bad they don't have a zero on here, i ordered a half pound roast beef got to the window and was told 5.22, i said it was supposed to be hald pound, he took sandwich and sliced a little more roast beef, got home the bun was burnt black, and the roast beef was cold and under cooked, fed it to the dog . Poor management, poor service, a safety hazard with under cooked food, 1 more thing, tried to call and the phone is off the hook. 11/14/2024 7:30PM

I truly hope that someone from corporate looks at these reviews! I just want to say that I have been to quite a few Arby’s in my days, and this one by far is the best! We recently moved to Clemson in June and are 3 min away from this location. I hate fighting Clemson blv, so it’s a great thing me and my family like Arby’s. Customer service is always superb! Today, I went by and picked my online order up and the lady working the window was absolutely amazing! Her customer service skills were so incredible! I wish I would have gotten her name, but she has blonde hair and tattoos. I know that’s not the most proper way to give someone kuddos, but I am sure they know exactly who she is!

Kid-friendliness: Always treat my daughter great. And the cheese sticks are in point.
The food was disgusting. My kids wouldn’t even eat it that should tell you something. The service was shitty. Didn’t even give me all my food and I had to keep telling them.

My family and I ate in the dining room today. The curly fries were a little old and dry. Other than that, the rest of the food was very good. The friendly/helpful staff made the experience very enjoyable.

We go to this location every once in awhile now at 1 time we went at least once a week but last few times we go the employees are out side talking to people in their vehicles I don't know what they are doing but if they cared about their jobs they would delicate to theirs jobs not their friends thus has happen lat 3 times we went last time I just drove off want be back

Slow service. Not friendly. And the food was awful. Ordered a French Dip and the au jus was like hot water with a little color to it. Tiny bit of roast beef on the bun. Happens every time. I used to love Arby's but this location has turned me off . You get tired of it over and over again. I kept hoping they would get it right at some point. Oh well...
