The girl with the starry tattoos.... Wish i had the name, but our server was one of the best I've ever had. She was all over drinks and orders. Quick with a suggestion and recommendation. Being a large party, some get stressed, she did not. Best service ever. She should be the restaurants server trainer.... Big group - almost all said their dinner were perfect. A couple steaks over cooked; the sushi was great and large portions. We will be back.
I like Blue Heron but so may people are packed in that noise level is too much for me. Also wait staff is having to run so fast that there is no ambience. Fast food has more interaction. We will return but maybe pick a better day or tine. For the record , DB level was 82. We prefer a 70 DB level for comfort and ability to converse.
This was my second time dining here and it was fantastic. The service by Cade was wonderful and the filet was delicious!
The pork chop dish was excellent. The Clemson Carbonara Pasta was good. I would replace the bacon which was tough and minimal to another protein. The peach cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream was yummy! As always, the bread and butters are amazing.
The food is always excellent and the server was great, but it was hot in the building and our food took a long time to get to us. I will still return because the food is so great!
Dinner was delicious! We had sushi and pasta. Service was wonderful as well! Cannot wait to go back!
All our dishes were good/very good except for the Carbonara which was awful. Bacon was like chewing wood. Blue Heron, please go back original recipe with angel hair. Penne does not belong in carbonara!
Under new ownership and better than ever! The service is top notch and the food is outstanding! We are so happy to enjoy this Pendleton staple every week!
Great dinner as always. Love the menu options, there's a bit of wait time before they bring out the food, but it's always fresh and delicious.
The food here is great, fresh ingredients, well prepared and sort of surprising for the size of town. The service is not as attentive as it should have been. The restaurant was less than half full. Had to ask for my water. Glass to be refilled every time. Bar service/wine list is average—but also commensurate with normal clientele. I doubt they'd sell many $70+ bottle of wine here. I'd eat here again. The food is THAT good. Makes the ambience and service overlookable.

May 27, 2025. The last three times we have been in, we say never again. Bread half baked, salad with shrimp so salty couldn’t eat it, smash burger with stone cold fries. Blue Heron is off our list. If you want good food, don’t go!

Customer for several years. Great in the beginning, steady decline. My husband and I say after each visit we won’t go again. Food is subpar . Wasn’t crowded at all, maybe 6 tables. Food wasn’t hot and because crowd was light, service was overbearing. I hope the restaurant will improve as it’s in a prime location and atmosphere is good. However, if you’re looking for good food, Blue Heron is not for you.

The special was fantastic. The noise level was high as usual but food and service were great.
2 of our party ordered rib eye. It was tough, and they could not eat it. Fish was moderate. Wine menu has declined.
A delicious meal! The service was a bit slow, however it was a busy holiday. The food was great- everyone at the table ordered something different and enjoyed it. The prices were very reasonable as well.
